"Monthly QR code learning": As the name suggests, relevant content will be released every month in the form of QR codes for employees to learn. The learning content covers corporate culture, finance, market, etiquette, information, etc., and provides corresponding courses and tests for personnel in different modules. The learning situation of employees will also form personal learning files, which will be used as the basis for assessment in terms of personal annual salary adjustment, performance appraisal, job promotion, and outstanding employee appraisal qualifications.

During the December study, the company arranged courses on the topics of "Corporate Core Values", "Financial Reimbursement", "Customer Management", "Handshake Etiquette", and "Solid-state Battery Analysis" around the above-mentioned different learning directions.
