1MT0001 series of high-efficiency flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motors are fully enclosed, self-fan-cooled high-efficiency motors. This series of products replaces the original YB2 series of flame-proof three-phase asynchronous motors, and its efficiency meets the requirements of GB18613-2012 energy efficiency level 3 standard. This series of products adopts Siemens design technology, which has the characteristics of excellent performance, reliable use, low vibration, low noise, etc., and meets the requirements of environmental protection; its production equipment adopts advanced CNC machine tool equipment, adopts Siemens advanced insulation structure design and manufacturing process, adopts High-quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheets and high-quality bearings that have undergone strict quality inspection and control.
The explosion-proof performance of 1MT0001 series motors complies with GB3836.1-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2-2010 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gas Environment Part 2: Flameproof "d"" Regulations, where applicable:
- Ex d IIB T4 Gb is suitable for use in factories, Class II, Class B, where temperature group T4 explosive gas mixtures are present.
- Ex dIMb is suitable for underground coal mines (non-excavating working faces in coal mines containing methane and coal dust explosion hazards).
