YQW series submersible three-phase asynchronous motors have two structural types: one is YQWZ series axial flow, and the other is YQWG series tubular. The structural feature of this motor is that they are all tubular structures welded with steel plates. YQWG is a double cylinder, and the motor is located in the middle of the pipeline. Cooling is carried out by the water flowing through its own surface. The stator adopts F-class insulation structure, which has been treated by VPI whole dipping process for many times, which improves the moisture-proof performance and insulation strength. The rotor is a copper cage structure, the shaft is stainless steel, and is equipped with moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, winding bearing temperature measurement, humidity sensing, water leakage alarm and other devices, which improves the reliability and life of the motor in underwater operation.
