Guomao hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducer is an external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducer produced according to the ZBJ19004 standard. This product is widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, transportation, cement, construction, chemical, textile, printing and dyeing, pharmaceutical and other fields.

Product Description
Overview:
Guomao hard-toothed cylindrical gear reducer is an external meshing involute helical cylindrical gear reducer produced according to the ZBJ19004 standard.
The scope of application of the reducer is as follows: 1. The speed of the high-speed shaft is not more than 1500 rpm.
2. The peripheral speed of gear transmission is not more than 20 m/s.
3. The working environment temperature is -40-45°C. If it is lower than 0°C, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0°C before starting. This reducer can be used for both forward and reverse directions.
Main Feature:
1. The gears are made of high-strength low-carbon alloy steel through carburizing and quenching, and the hardness of the tooth surface is HRC58-62.
2. High transmission rate: more than 96.5% for single stage, more than 93% for double stage, and more than 90% for three stage.
3. Smooth operation and low noise. 4. Small size, light weight, long service life and high bearing capacity. 5. Easy to disassemble and inspect, easy to install
