Overview：

Guomao's four series of helical gear reducers are novel reduction gears. Adopting the advanced design concept of optimization and modular combination system, it has the properties of small size, light weight, large transmission torque, stable starting, and finely graded transmission ratio. It can be connected arbitrarily and various installation positions can be selected according to user requirements.
R series helical gear reducers can be widely used in equipment that needs to be reduced in various industries;
The S and K helical gear worm gear reducers are directly connected to the motor. The structure is a first-stage helical gear and a first-stage worm gear transmission. The output is shaft-mounted, and there are six basic installation forms. It can run in both forward and reverse directions. The helical gear adopts hard tooth surface, which has stable operation and large bearing capacity. The working environment temperature is -10℃～40℃. It can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, lifting, light industry, chemical industry, transportation, construction, etc. The reduction mechanism of various mechanical equipment;

Main feature：

1. Highly modular design: it can be easily equipped with various types of motors or other power inputs. The same model can be equipped with motors of various powers, and it is easy to realize the combination and connection of various models.

2. Transmission ratio: fine division and wide range. The combined model can form a large transmission ratio, that is, output a very low speed.

3. Installation form: The installation position is not limited.

4. High strength and small size: the box body is made of high-strength cast iron. Gears and gear shafts adopt gas carburizing and quenching fine grinding process, so the unit volume bearing capacity is high.

Long service life: Under the conditions of correct selection (including selection of appropriate service factor) and normal use and maintenance, the life of the main components of the reducer (except wearing parts) is generally not less than 20,000 hours. The wearing parts include lubricating oil, oil seals and bearings.

6. Low noise: The main parts of the reducer have been precisely processed, assembled and tested, so the noise of the reducer is low.

7. High efficiency: the efficiency of a single model is not less than 95%.

8. Can bear large radial load.

9. The S series can bear the axial load not more than 10% of the radial force, and the F and K series can bear the axial load not more than 15% of the radial force.
