Overview：
Guomao ZLYJ series reducer is a high-precision hard-tooth surface and thrust seat transmission part designed for plastic screw extruder, which is suitable for plastic and rubber industry. The product design adopts various technical specifications stipulated by ZBJ19009-88, and its characteristic is that the gear and shaft parts are made of high-strength alloy steel. The gears are processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear precision is GB10095-88, grade 6, the tooth surface hardness is HRC54~62, the rated power: 0.18-2000kw, the input speed: 1500rpm. A large-sized thrust bearing is arranged at the front end of the hollow input shaft to bear the axial thrust of the screw during operation. The whole machine has the characteristics of small size, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.
