    In July 1997, I graduated from the Industrial Electrical Automation program at Xi'an University of Technology and joined Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. In October 2003, I successfully partnered with Zhengda Machinery & Electronics—just as the company was transitioning from a phase of rapid growth into one focused on establishing equity-based incentives, shifting its core business from domestically produced drives to exploring product diversification.

     

    Mr. Peng’s arrival marked the beginning of a new chapter for the company, as we embarked on representing and selling cutting-edge automation products—first partnering with South Korea’s LS, then introducing Siemens Automation’s renowned brand in 2008, and finally, in 2022, leading Zhengyi Automation to proudly join the “Siemens Platinum Club & Distribution Business Strategy Committee.” From fighting alone at the outset to building a team of nearly 70 dedicated professionals, Mr. Peng has created opportunities for 25% of the core leadership team to become shareholders, enabling them to transition from ordinary employees into entrepreneurial partners who now share equitably in the company’s cash dividends and the substantial value appreciation of its owner equity. Throughout this journey, he has consistently aligned himself with both supplier strategies and the company’s own growth trajectory, starting from Foshan and steadily expanding northward—reaching cities like Wuxi, Wuhan, Henan, Tianjin, and Jinan—and further deepening our presence across southern China, including Zhaoqing, Guangzhou, Jiangmen, Zhongshan, and even Guangxi. Along the way, there have been both successes and setbacks, yet Mr. Peng never wavered in his determination to grow stronger and bigger, always driven by his unwavering resolve to uplift others and help them achieve a better quality of life. To make this vision a reality, he continually raised the bar for himself, staying vigilant and ready to embrace the unknown and welcome inevitable changes. With an open-minded and inclusive attitude, he masterfully wielded his exceptional skills in communication, listening, and people management, attracting top-tier talent from established corporations and empowering them with ample room to thrive and advance. Through relentless effort and countless trials, Mr. Peng ultimately identified the perfect successor—someone uniquely suited to carry forward the company’s legacy and guide it toward continued success.

     

    Through ups and downs, stumbling and setbacks, two decades of unwavering dedication and leadership have steadily propelled Zhengyi Automation to become one of ZeroOne Industry's well-deserved "three driving forces," with sales exceeding 300 million yuan.
