In November 2001, immediately after graduating from school, he joined Fuda Automation Co., Ltd. While working, he pursued self-study to earn his degree from Hubei University of Economics, graduating in July 2004. Thanks to his outstanding performance, he was promoted to General Manager within less than two years—a remarkable achievement that undoubtedly brought him both pride and satisfaction. Yet, he deeply understood that the higher the position, the greater the responsibility. Recognizing that he was still young and his skills had room for improvement, he felt he wasn’t yet fully equipped to lead the team toward even bigger aspirations. That’s why, by the end of 2006, he bravely decided to step out of his comfort zone and join Siemens (China)’s Dongguan branch for further advanced training. At Siemens, he hoped to gain access to more systematic and specialized education, ultimately aiming to become a truly capable and influential Regional Leader.
After nearly a decade of steady growth and experience, he felt confident in mastering his current role. Yet, being still young, he knew he couldn’t afford to limit himself early on—there were undoubtedly countless unknowns and even greater opportunities waiting for him to explore and embrace. It was time to seek out fresh challenges and new possibilities. That’s when he recalled an agent of Siemens he’d worked with before—Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. Throughout their collaboration, he was deeply impressed by the company’s vibrant corporate culture and the dedication of its employees at every level. In particular, President Wang Zhenghu, the company’s founder, had always been committed to building an entrepreneurial platform that empowers ambitious, driven individuals to turn their dreams into reality. This resonated deeply with his own desire for self-improvement and personal fulfillment. He believed partnering with such a visionary leader would open up far more avenues for growth and development. And so, once again, he stepped boldly out of his comfortable yet envied comfort zone, leaving behind a prestigious Fortune 500 foreign-invested enterprise to embark on a new journey. In November 2015, he officially joined Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.

At the time, the region was at a critical juncture—battling through team rebuilding and business revitalization—and urgently needed a leader who deeply understands both the market dynamics and supplier networks to guide the way forward. Since 2021, Dongguan Dasheng Company has consistently surpassed the 300-million-yuan sales mark, a remarkable achievement that has firmly established it as one of the company’s “three driving forces.” As the business continues to thrive, the company’s team has rapidly expanded to 70 members, with 10% of its core leadership team later becoming shareholders of the company.
