Planning and Strategizing, Empowering the Future—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. Holds the “Guangdong Lingyi Company Strategic Planning Preparatory Meeting”

On August 26, the "Guangdong Lingyi Company Strategic Planning Preparatory Meeting" was grandly held at the Sanzheng Banshan Hotel in Dongguan. Attending the meeting were 15 individuals, including Chairman Mai Dazhang and President Wang Zhenghu of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., General Manager Lin Yi of Guangdong Lingyi Company, Assistant to the President Lei Yuqiang of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., as well as key leaders from various functional departments, supporting units, Zhengda Group, Xinshang, and other senior executives of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd.
This meeting was a preparatory session convened to discuss and formulate the business strategy for Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. for the next three years. The meeting was chaired by Gao Feng, CFO of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. Using case studies as a teaching tool, Director Gao provided a detailed introduction to the key processes involved in developing corporate strategic plans, as well as the critical factors that need to be considered throughout these processes. In addition, leaders from several organizations—including Du Haiyu, General Manager of Xinshang Company—used tools such as SWOT analysis and strategic maps to conduct a thorough analysis of the economic conditions and current industry status in their respective regions and sectors.
The participants reached a consensus on the framework, process, and key contents of the strategic planning developed by Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., and confirmed that the official “Guangdong Lingyi Company Strategic Planning Conference” will be held from September 21 to 23.
At the meeting, President Wang Zhenghu emphasized that Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. will remain committed to focusing on the development of the industrial machinery and electrical sector. At the same time, President Wang Zhenghu expressed full confidence in the business performance of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and in achieving its strategic goal of 2 billion yuan over the next 20 years.
Chairman Mai Dazhang delivered a concluding speech. Chairman Mai expressed great satisfaction with the convening of this meeting and its outcomes, and he looks forward to even more fruitful results from the “Guangdong Zero One Company Strategic Planning Meeting” in September!
