    From October 12 to 13, 2025, Siemens Digital Industries Group will hold the 2025 Siemens Digital Industries Group Distributor Conference with great pomp and ceremony at the Shangri-La Hotel in Yangzhou, Jiangsu Province. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Enterprise, along with representatives from five subsidiary companies—totaling eight people—has been invited to attend the conference.

Yangzhou—a renowned city steeped in a thousand years of cultural heritage—welcomes distributors from across China and Siemens leaders to this poetic metropolis.     Guangdong Lingyi Enterprise Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lingyi") Lin Yi, Director and General Manager of “Lingyi Enterprise,” accompanied by You Rongzhu, Director and Deputy General Manager of Lingyi Enterprise and General Manager of Dashing in Dongguan, along with the five subsidiary companies under Lingyi Enterprise.     Article 1: Visit SMCM New factory

    October 12 The first stop on the day’s tour was a visit to the new factory of Siemens Mechatronics (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd. (SMCM), which officially began operations this year. Inheriting Siemens’ century-old commitment to precision manufacturing, the factory embraces lean digital production and operations—known as “Jing ZHI” (refined, intelligent, and high-quality)—and is dedicated to providing customers with exceptional motion-control products such as servo motors and spindle motors. During the tour, the guide provided a detailed introduction to the background behind SMCM’s construction and its operational system.

    Article 2: Plenary Session—Growth 2.0 Right now, it’s in full swing!

Mr. Wang Haibin, Executive Vice President of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. and General Manager of DI Greater China, delivered the opening speech. In his remarks, Mr. Haibin reviewed the major events of the past year and expressed gratitude for the efforts and dedication of all Siemens partners. At the same time, Mr. Haibin shared in-depth insights across several key dimensions—including market trends, operational optimization, business growth, and collaborative innovation—providing a professional perspective to build an efficient communication platform. He outlined industry prospects, broke down strategic priorities and paths to operational excellence, and also reflected on the performance of distributor partnerships, setting the course for the new fiscal year.

    Mr. Pei Anzi, Global CEO of the DI Motion Control Division, analyzed industry market trends from a global perspective and reaffirmed Siemens’ unwavering commitment to and continued investment in the Chinese market.

    The conference also invited Mr. Lin Xueping, a global industry observer and visiting researcher at the China Institute for Quality Development at Shanghai Jiao Tong University. Mr. Lin provided an analysis of the industry, pointing out that we are currently experiencing a period in which three major cycles—economic, technological, and geopolitical—are overlapping. Under these circumstances, internal competition has no end in sight, making it all the more crucial to focus on strengthening our internal capabilities. It has become a trend for domestic factories to expand overseas, and foreign brands operating in China must also shift their mindset. Only by embracing China’s rapid pace and entering a phase of intense, close-quarters competition can they stay ahead of the curve.

    Dr. Gai Wuwei, CFO of Siemens China, Ms. Chen Qingqing, Director of the Supply Chain for China, and Mr. Hu Jiliang, Director of Excellence in Order Management for the Supply Chain in China, jointly unveiled the latest advancements in Siemens’ Excellence Operations System—from intelligent order placement and digital logistics services to AI-powered online assistants—outlining a brand-new blueprint for digital operations in fiscal year 2026.

    Ms. Wang Zhiming, General Manager of the DI Partner Management Department, systematically reviewed the development achievements of the distribution business, outlined the direction and priorities for the distribution business in the new fiscal year, and introduced a multi-dimensional cooperation strategy to help partners unite their efforts and break through existing challenges.

    The morning agenda has come to a temporary close, and the afternoon session will kick off with “Proud Youth,” a song-and-dance performance adapted by SMCM factory staff, depicting battles fought both north and south.

    First up were interviews with distributors. Six invited distributor representatives took to the stage to share their business development stories from the past year. Guided by the moderator, their diverse and distinctive business-development initiatives drew enthusiastic applause from the audience. Among these, the case of the DEMO trunk particularly sparked deep reflection.

    The heads of DI’s various business divisions—Mr. Zhang Jinsong, Mr. Wei Yuege, Mr. Wu Zhili, Mr. Li Shiguang, Mr. Liu Likang, Mr. Han Zhenhua, and Mr. Wang Tao—appeared one after another to summarize the financial performance for fiscal year 2025 and outline the new policies for fiscal year 2026.

    The award ceremony dinner was graced by a dazzling array of stars, and Guangdong Zhengyi Da was honored to become a member of the Siemens DI Distribution Business Strategic Committee. This recognition not only serves as a testament to our past passionate efforts but also provides a guiding light for our future “burning” aspirations!
