Zhengda Machinery & Electronics was established in 1997. Built on the foundation of the Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Entrepreneurship Platform, driven by Zero One Enterprises and Investment, and supported by Zero One Science and Technology Park, it has developed into two major business segments: industry and investment.

Together, we will forge ahead and open up new horizons, steadily advancing in a market environment full of challenges and transformations. Faced with the dual pressures of global economic fluctuations and technological innovation, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics continued to explore product and service innovations, optimize internal business processes, strengthen internal risk management, and expand its customer base in 2024, laying a solid foundation for future growth.

Looking back on the past and looking forward to the future, from January 11 to January 23, 2025, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics will hold a grand “Customer-Centric, Focused on Those Who Strive, Committed to Long-Term Hard Work, and Upholding Self-Criticism—Zhengda Machinery & Electronics’ 2024 Year-End Thematic Training and Series of Events” in a hybrid online-and-offline format. This event consists of four main components: a sports meet, year-end training, a year-end summary conference, and a Spring Festival gala.

    01 Sports Meet Edition

To enrich employees’ lives, enhance their physical fitness, showcase the spirited, hardworking, and collaborative spirit of CP employees, and promote the company culture of “working diligently with joy and living a healthy, happy life,” the 11th Annual Sports Meet officially kicked off on the afternoon of January 17!

This year’s sports event adheres to a design philosophy that emphasizes both competitiveness and fun, building on tradition while introducing innovative upgrades. In terms of sport categories, we’ve retained classic competitive events such as the thrilling basketball games, endurance-testing plank challenges, and high-energy tug-of-war contests—allowing employees to showcase their athletic prowess in intense competitions. The fun activities are equally exciting and diverse: not only do we continue popular favorites like jump rope, 24-point games, two-person three-legged races, and “You Draw, I Guess,” but we’ve also introduced new, engaging, and entertaining sports that test physical coordination and reaction speed, including quick knowledge quizzes, table tennis ball juggling with both hands, and foot-based relay races.

The sports event employs a points-based reward system: employees collect point stamps by participating in various fun sports activities and can redeem these points for their favorite prizes, sparking everyone’s enthusiasm and participation. Drawn in by both the engaging games and the generous prizes, employees at the scene were brimming with energy, eagerly moving from one game booth to another, eager to showcase their skills!

The more you exercise, the healthier you become! The allure of sports never lies in competing for rankings; it goes far beyond just strengthening the body. Rather, it’s a holistic empowerment of life itself. It’s precisely thanks to everyone’s active participation that each Games can unfold—and only then does the charm and value of sports spread to an even wider audience, allowing more people to appreciate and experience them. Every determined figure on the playing field and every thrilling contest of wit and courage in the fun events inspire us to move forward fearlessly and keep forging ahead!

    02 Year-End Training Series

In line with the company’s strategic development and management needs, the company recently organized a series of training and knowledge-sharing activities.

    [Learning Sharing]

From 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. on January 18, the company held a live online session themed “Executive Study and Knowledge Sharing.” All employees of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics attended this learning session from their respective office/conference rooms.

(Each company participates in the training)

At this learning and sharing session, we’ve invited five senior executives—Wang Zhenghu, President of CPME; Lin Yi, Director and General Manager of Lingyi; Lian Canhuan, Director and Deputy General Manager of Lingyi; You Rongzhu, Director and Deputy General Manager of Lingyi; and Ouyang Gui’an, General Manager of Guangdong Ruicheng Industry (formerly Foshan Bearing)—to present a fascinating feast of knowledge for all participants.

President Wang shared his insights and engaged in an exchange under the theme “The Path of Business: Simple, Fun, and Keeping Pace with the Times.” Through seven key areas—2024’s retrospective, addressing 2024’s challenges, strategic adjustments and building core competencies, team development and process optimization, personal and business management, financial and risk control, and corporate culture and future outlook—he comprehensively explained how, guided by the core principle of “721 Practice and Keeping Pace with the Times,” the company has been able to drive its development and enhance employee well-being. Embracing a global perspective, President Wang shared his personal experience and reflections from leading a team across China and around the world in 2024 to learn from and exchange with outstanding enterprises amid a challenging market environment. He also revealed the underlying business logic behind the series of policies the company implemented in 2024 to strengthen its core competitiveness. President Wang emphasized that only by putting solid measures into practice and ensuring stable cash flow can the company build up momentum for the next round of growth. Finally, President Wang encouraged all employees to continue deepening their understanding of the company’s corporate culture, making full use of the company’s platform resources, drawing on the rich experiences of its outstanding managers and employees, and truly embodying the company’s 369 culture and 721 theory to continuously realize their own value!

Mr. Lin shared his recent learnings from the Shenzhen Dash Intelligent Entrepreneur Training program, elaborating on how we should strive to achieve “certainty” by 2025 amid today’s many “uncertainties.” He emphasized focusing on three “new” aspects—“new situation, new decisions, and new future”—while strictly adhering to the unchanging principles that remain constant. Only by staying true to our passion can we genuinely help customers address their pain points and deliver customer service to the highest possible standard. Finally, Mr. Lin pointed out that in the face of external uncertainties, we must maintain unwavering conviction and a positive mindset, uphold the company’s core values of integrity, professionalism, innovation, and win-win cooperation, and continuously enhance our professional expertise. Only then can we stand out from the competition and achieve outstanding results.

President Lian shared his recent learning experience from an intensive EMBA program focused on profit models. Drawing on the “Ten Chapters of the Heavenly Dragon” framework—covering a total of 10 aspects including strategic design, value creation, product strategy, organizational development, and marketing strategy—President Lian combined the company’s current situation with his many years of management experience to raise pertinent questions and encourage everyone to engage in thoughtful reflection. At the same time, he pointed out that this theoretical framework aligns perfectly with the “9” culture within the company’s 369 cultural ethos, and that this alignment will continue to guide the company toward sustained progress and breakthroughs.

Mr. You shared his insights from recently participating in a program at the Yangtze River Business School, focusing on the current hot topic—organizational transformation driven by AI. He delved deeply into three key aspects: the types of personnel within corporate organizations, the unique characteristics of AI, and its profound impact on organizational development. Mr. You pointed out that the development and application of AI are compelling businesses to rethink their management models and organizational strategies, enabling them to better adapt to the rapidly changing market environment. Finally, Mr. You encouraged all colleagues to embrace this change proactively and jointly explore new pathways for organizational development empowered by AI in the future.

Mr. Ouyang shared his learning experience from November 2023 to June 2024, during which he participated in the Sino-European International Business School’s SKF Bearing New Vision Program and the partner Mini-EMBA class. Through various aspects—including introductions by the Sino-European Business School, his academic background, and his personal insights—Mr. Ouyang emphasized that, building on a comprehensive and systematic theoretical foundation, one should further enhance their skills through hands-on practice and apply the knowledge gained in real-world situations. Beyond practical experience, he also encouraged making full use of one’s network and resources, seizing opportunities to engage in exchanges and learn from outstanding alumni. Finally, Mr. Ouyang urged everyone to embrace continuous learning, constantly improve themselves, and unlock the infinite possibilities in life.

The insights shared by the five senior leaders above have greatly benefited all employees. They not only consistently lead by example and fully demonstrate their role as pioneers, actively seeking opportunities to learn outside the organization, but also share their knowledge, experiences, and perspectives openly and without reservation. Through their concrete actions, they embody the philosophy of “lifelong learning” and vividly showcase the responsibility and commitment expected of corporate managers.

Read widely and travel far. Over the past year, 2024, more than half of the company’s management and employees actively participated in various external learning activities, broadening their horizons and enriching their knowledge. We look forward to even more colleagues proactively stepping out to learn and exchange ideas in the coming year, 2025, continuously absorbing new perspectives and knowledge from the outside world and integrating them into our daily work practices, thereby jointly driving the company’s sustained and steady growth!
