Mr. Jia Chengbing, former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Machinery Industry, visited Zero One Science and Technology Park for an exchange and sharing session.

On the afternoon of March 3, Mr. Jia Chengbing, former Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Machinery Industry and former Chairman of the Supervisory Board of key state-owned large enterprises, was invited to attend the Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Sharing and Learning Session. This marked his first visit in nearly half a year.
This event will be conducted via live streaming, with both on-site and online participation. The company promotes the enhancement of organizational capabilities, and this event is one of the training activities specifically designed to support that goal.

Minister Jia, at the age of 81, remains full of vigor and passion—truly a role model and source of inspiration for younger generations. Minister Jia also shared that his current achievements are inseparable from his youthful determination to never shy away from hardship or fatigue, his relentless hard work, and his unwavering perseverance. He further advised us to be diligent and eager to learn in our daily lives, especially young people who should seek more hands-on experience and not be afraid of enduring difficulties. Only by steadily accumulating small steps can we build up substantial experience and personal growth, ultimately enhancing our individual capabilities. This perspective is perfectly aligned with our company’s philosophy—that our mindset shapes our behavior, our behavior shapes our habits, and our habits determine our outcomes—and closely echoes the company’s “Six Principles of Perfection.”
During the sharing session, Minister Jia exchanged views with everyone on topics such as the international situation, employee management, and children’s education.
At the meeting, in response to the impact of current changes in the international environment, Minister Jia put forward a suggestion: Enterprises should focus on the present while also appropriately seeking opportunities for change. During the discussion on family and children’s education, Minister Jia voluntarily shared his own educational experiences and reminded everyone that each child’s growth pattern is unique, offering some valuable advice on child-rearing.

Minister Jia also shared his experience visiting Taiwan, which greatly broadened his horizons and helped him elevate his perspective. His inspiring account left a deep impression on everyone and further underscored the company’s “369” culture.
During the four-hour exchange, Minister Jia offered numerous unique insights, which are shared below:
① “Cause and effect—effort in the cause, acceptance of outcomes as they arise; accumulating goodness leads to virtue, and divine blessings will naturally follow.”
② Employees’ improvement requires forward-thinking planning, the execution capabilities of free agents, and a proactive attitude toward learning.
③ “Merit can offset wrongdoing, but merit cannot offset crime.”

Meanwhile, Minister Jia has high hopes for the young employees of Zhengda: Young colleagues should have clear goals and long-term aspirations, as well as dreams. They must persistently strive toward their lofty ideals and objectives, gain ample practical experience, not fear failure, and firmly believe that their dreams will one day come true.
