With patient and insightful guidance, he helped participants improve their execution capabilities by integrating both intrinsic and extrinsic motivators, enabling them to discover effective strategies for inspiring subordinates to take initiative and willingly get things done. He emphasized that execution hinges on a strong willingness to act, coupled with the full realization of one’s abilities. Intrinsic motivation is the key factor determining one’s willingness, while continuous learning, constant practice, and an unwavering spirit of进取 are essential for developing both individual and team-level super-execution capabilities. Examples such as the Chinese Volunteer Army and Huawei’s “Iron Army” exemplify this principle.

    As the session drew to a close, the instructor asked the participants to summarize their learning from this training and identify the skills they needed to further improve. The participants eagerly shared their insights and reflections. The instructor provided detailed feedback on each participant’s summary and, based on the content of their sharing as well as their engagement during breaks, awarded extra points to each group. In the end, Group Three was selected as the winning group!
