The main purpose of this meeting was to share employees’ experiences since joining the company and to express their hopes and suggestions for the company’s future development. Let communication and exchange serve as the sharpening stone for enhancing team cohesion, execution capability, and combat effectiveness. 。

After the meeting, all employees divided into two teams to play a series of small games. The purpose was to foster team spirit, enhance group cohesion, and strengthen communication among employees. As the two teams engaged in the games, through mutual cooperation and trust, everyone gained a deeper understanding of the crucial role that “cohesion” plays in individuals, teams, and work itself—and the bonds between colleagues were further strengthened and elevated.
