Zhangcha Nursing Home was established in 1992. Currently, the home houses more than 260 elderly residents. Upon arriving at the nursing home, Director Chen Shunjiao... We extend our heartfelt gratitude for the unwavering support and enthusiastic efforts that Zero One Science and Technology Park has consistently shown toward nursing homes over the past decade and more. In recognition of their dedication, we presented the company with a special honorary banner bearing the inscription: “Though the pandemic may be heartless, human kindness endures; the tradition of respecting the elderly will never cease.” A centenarian also personally wrote the character “Fu” (meaning “good fortune”) for the employees who participated in this caring visit, filling the occasion with abundant blessings and deep affection.

At the end of the event, filled with respect and care for the elderly, everyone handed out gifts of comfort one by one to the seniors. Happy smiles blossomed on their faces, and with this gesture, we extended our warmest wishes to all the elderly—wishing them good health, long life, and a happy life!

“Respect your own elders, and extend that respect to the elders of others.” Caring for the elderly is also caring for our future selves. Let us foster a culture of respect for the elderly and thereby promote social civility. We hope that through this annual event, we can better carry forward and inherit the fine Chinese tradition of honoring and respecting the elderly, enabling seniors to feel a touch of warmth during festive occasions. Moreover, we aim to help more young people realize that caring for and assisting the elderly is a shared responsibility of the entire society—ensuring that all seniors can enjoy a secure, supported, joyful, and peaceful old age!
