[Sharing the Moment Across the World] A Review of the Zero One Industries Mid-Autumn Festival Event

On the night when the moonlight is brightest of the year, people across thousands of miles share the same moment of appreciation. The Mid-Autumn Festival is both a longing for reunion and a heartfelt blessing for loved ones far away.
Born in China, a country with a mobile population of 380 million, the pioneering spirit of pursuing one’s dreams in a distant land has long been ingrained in the Chinese people’s very blood. With the vigorous growth of ZeroOne Industries, we’ve brought together a group of colleagues from all over the country—some hailing from faraway places, others stationed elsewhere to support the company’s business needs.
Foshan Area Events
On the Mid-Autumn Night, bathed in the bright moonlight and fragrant with osmanthus, Lin Yi, General Manager of Lingyi Industry, Lian Canhuan, General Manager of Siemens Division, and the office... Huang Xuehua The director, together with his family, prepared a lavish festive feast and invited colleagues who were unable to return home for the reunion to join them in enjoying wine and sharing joyful moments, celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival together.
After savoring delicious food and fine wine, as the gentle breeze seemed to understand our feelings and gently dispersed the clouds in the distance, we all stepped out onto the rooftop to admire the moon together. Filled with joy and inspiration, we burst into song, belting out classic tunes such as “The Moon Represents My Heart,” “The Love of My Life,” “My Chinese Heart,” and “Grateful Heart.” Amidst laughter and cheerful chatter, this group of Zero One individuals—brought together in a foreign land by their shared dreams—experienced a broader kind of reunion.

Every Mid-Autumn Festival, the company’s leadership, accompanied by their families, invites colleagues who live away from home and are currently stationed at the company to celebrate this special occasion together. This has been a long-standing tradition at Zero One Industrial for many years. In addition, the company also prepares exquisite Mid-Autumn Festival gifts and monetary bonuses for all employees as a token of appreciation for their dedication and contributions.
Dongguan Dasheng Events
“Every festive occasion only deepens our longing for loved ones.” On September 21—the Mid-Autumn Festival—Yu Rongzhu, General Manager of Dongguan Dasheng Company, noticed that while everyone usually works hard and happily, many colleagues had stayed behind in Dongguan this holiday season instead of returning home to celebrate with their families. To show his appreciation and bring warmth to Dasheng’s employees during this special time, he specially organized a Mid-Autumn barbecue event, hoping to fill everyone’s hearts with warmth and joy during the festival.
Under the call of General You, the Dashing siblings gathered together in the evening. The company’s backyard was filled with laughter and joyful chatter. Male colleagues took on the role of grill masters, while female colleagues sat together, admiring the moon and sharing heartfelt conversations. Family members and children who accompanied them happily ran around playing together, all experiencing the special Mid-Autumn Festival in a foreign land—“As the bright moon rises over the sea, we share this moment, no matter how far apart we may be.” In the casual BBQ setting, employees not only deepened their bonds with one another and strengthened their sense of belonging to the company, but also gained a deeper understanding of the company’s commitment to a healthy and joyful way of life.
Bathed in the glow of a bright full moon, the ingredients sizzling over the charcoal fire released an enticing aroma—just as everyone’s enthusiasm now intertwines in this very moment. As we all raised our glasses together, toasting the Mid-Autumn Festival, to the bright moon, to the future, and to ourselves, the entire event reached its climax. Communication among different departments became even more frequent and intense. Colleagues who were far away from home shared openly about their homesickness and their overall experiences and feelings at the company.
With such excellent office conditions and a joyful festive atmosphere, Dashing owes its success to the company’s platform, which enables our employees to enjoy a work and life experience that is far superior to those in the industry. As advocated by the company’s “369” culture, we must always be grateful—grateful to the company, and grateful to Dashing itself.
