Rapid Development, Talent Support, Team Building, and Enhanced Strategic Vision—Luzhou Study Tour for the [Gezhi Class & Senior Manager Class]

To build a pipeline of mid- and high-level talent within the company and ensure that the enterprise’s rapid development is supported by a strong talent base, from April 28 to 30, the company organized a study tour and conference for participants of the “Gezhi Class” and the “Senior Manager Class,” along with general managers from business teams, in Liuzhou.

At noon, the trainees arrived in Liuzhou one after another.
In the afternoon, led by a local professional guide, the participants visited several iconic local attractions, including Liuhou Park, Dalongtan Scenic Area, and the night view of the Liujiang River.

On April 29, the [Gezhi Class] & [Senior Manager Class] officially began their training.
Before the course began, Lei Yuqiang, Director of the Human Resources Department, delivered a speech to kick off the program, highlighting the importance of building the company’s talent pipeline and outlining the upcoming arrangements for the Gezhi Class and the Senior Manager Class.

In the morning, Wang Zhenghu, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics, delivered a lecture titled “From Good to Great.” Drawing on his own personal experiences, he gradually broadened the participants’ horizons and guided their thinking from merely being good to achieving greatness.

In the afternoon, Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industry, delivered a lecture titled “Perspective.” Through an analysis of his own work experience, he guided the participants in understanding how to approach and think about issues—from ordinary employees all the way up to senior executives. Among the key takeaways, “benchmarking” and “perspective-taking” are both crucial methods on the path to broadening one’s perspective and pursuing greater aspirations.

In the evening, a meeting was held centered around “Zero One Industrial Business Development and Strategy.” From “current situation analysis” to “sales planning” and “implementation strategies,” the discussion helped the participants present at the event clarify their future work approaches.

On the morning of April 30, the first class meeting for the “Senior Manager Program” was held. During the meeting, the specific arrangements for the upcoming training were explained, and Yan Shenghui, Chen Songwen, and Li Jikun were elected as class committee members. Afterwards, the participants signed a covenant, and members of each group shared their insights and experiences from the previous day’s training.

On that day, personnel from the Siemens product line at ZeroOne Industries were also holding a product planning meeting. General Lin and the core members of relevant departments within Siemens’ product lines reviewed future development plans and explored the future direction for ZeroOne Industries.
