On December 25, 2020, Christmas Day, Dasheng Automation, a subsidiary of Lingyi Industry, held its “Quarterly Sharing & Quarterly Birthday Party” in Dongguan, themed “Work Hard and Enjoy Life, Live Healthily and Happily.”
The on-site personnel included You Rongzhu, General Manager of Dasheng Automation, and 43 other employees from Dasheng. Additionally, four colleagues—Liu Hongxia, Li Houshang, Xu Tenglong from the Human Resources Department of Lingyi Industry, and Li Zhujian, representing Zhengyi Sheng—were invited to join the event.
The event kicked off with a “Sharing Session,” during which new employees, supervisors, and managers each shared their experiences and insights. In the presentation titled “The Technical Engineer in My Heart,” new employee Li Zhibo analyzed and outlined his reflections on joining the company, his understanding of his role, and his plans for the next steps. In “Achieving Our Dreams Hand in Hand with Love,” Manager Xu Jun recounted his journey from many years ago—a 16-hour train ride south to Guangzhou, where he traveled standing up. The scenes he described—“the conductor pushing a cart through the crowded throngs” and “an elderly man searching through garbage heaps for coins”—inspired deep respect in us, as they demonstrated a spirit of seizing opportunities, overcoming countless obstacles, and successfully completing one’s tasks.

“Looking ahead, starting from the heart”—Sales Manager Hong Jianwu shares his insights into life’s little moments, drawing from his work achievements, future plans, and even his personal life: “the new role of a ‘dad of two’” and “his new ride.” Each of these reflections is a testament to our deep appreciation for the everyday joys and challenges of life. Let’s stay grounded, keep our eyes on the future, and steadily move forward toward achieving our goals, one step at a time.

As the guests shared their experiences of starting their new jobs, their past work histories, and their personal insights, we—sitting here below—couldn't help but be prompted to reflect on our own work and life: “What are we really doing this for?” and “Are we striving to be like our seniors, or even to do better than they did?”
The event moved on to the “award ceremony,” during which a total of nine Siemens Autonomous Customer Awards were presented. These award ceremonies further boosted the sales team’s fighting spirit.

During the “Christmas Gift Exchange” segment, each of us passed along our gifts and warmth to one another through the act of exchanging. This perfectly embodies the event’s spirit: “Everyone has a gift, and employees everywhere feel rewarded.” The entire event was filled with a lively atmosphere, enabling employees to not only learn from others’ strengths but also to experience a deep sense of touching connection and a shared, seamless bond with the company.

Finally, all the members of the birthday party made a grand appearance, presented birthday gifts to the birthday celebrants, and delivered exquisite birthday presents and heartfelt blessings brought from headquarters.
Shi Tao, an accountant from the Finance Department, spoke up: “Today happens to be my birthday. I’d like to extend my special thanks to CP and Zero One for giving me this opportunity to grow rapidly. Dasheng has been by my side—from our courtship through our marriage all the way to today, when our baby is already one year old. Throughout this journey, I’ve received countless acts of care and encouragement. I feel truly honored to have joined this big family!” Li Zhibo, a newly hired assistant engineer in the Technology Department, shared: “After graduation, I had interned at one or two companies, but none of them provided the comprehensive guidance and support—and showed such genuine concern for employees’ well-being in every aspect—as CP and Zero One did. It’s truly heartwarming for me. I hope I can continue to contribute more to Dasheng!”
