From November 13 to 17, 48 new employees from various units under Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. gathered at Zero One Science and Technology Park to participate in the second session of the 2020 New Employee Onboarding Training. Coming from different cities and regions, and working in diverse departments and positions, they have come together once again to pursue the same dream and set off on a new journey.

The company’s leadership attaches great importance to this new employee training. To ensure its success, the Human Resources Department has meticulously organized and planned the program, enabling new employees to gain a thorough understanding of the company’s corporate culture, quickly integrate into their teams, enhance team collaboration and organizational cohesion, strengthen their personal qualities, and improve their individual capabilities—thus facilitating their transition from students to professionals and from members of society to members of Zhengda.

Focusing on key learning and professional guidance, Wang Zhenghu, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics, shared his personal experiences to explain what “Knowledge is Power” truly means. He also provided new employees with an in-depth analysis of how to apply the company’s 721 principle to tackle challenges in both work and life, how to leverage the 369 culture to enhance one’s own value, and how to realize the Zhengda dream of mutual success—where “a single flower blooming alone does not make spring; it is the myriad blooms that fill the garden with springtime beauty.”

Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industry, also provided a detailed introduction to the development journey of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., as well as its corporate philosophy and corporate culture, helping new employees gain a deeper understanding of the overall development trends in the machinery and electronics industry. She encouraged the new employees to be bold in taking on challenges and courageous in pursuing their dreams in their future work.

This training session not only continues the previous schedule—daily morning runs at 6:30 a.m. and daily study sessions until 10:00 p.m.—but also introduced an additional element on November 15: 15 outstanding employees were invited to share their experiences and insights. Moreover, we connected online with distinguished representatives from other regions, including Wang Yijian, General Manager of Chengdu Nengda, and Wang Hailong, General Manager of Xi'an Zhengyi Long. These senior leaders summarized their work experiences since joining the company and offered valuable advice to new employees on how to better adapt to the workplace and enhance their productivity. They also shared personal stories about how they first came into contact with CP Group and why they chose to continue working together hand in hand.

After the first three days of training, on the 16th, President Wang led a roundtable discussion with new employees, joined by Director Lei Yuqiang from the Human Resources Department, Manager Pan Shaohong from the Audit Department, Deputy General Manager Lin Chubo from Siemens Motor Division, Manager Zhang Junjing from the Investment and Development Department, Assistant to General Manager Yan Shenghui from Zero One Industrial, and Manager Huang Jianmin from the Technical Engineering Department of the Bearing Company. During this roundtable, President Wang addressed various topics—including the company’s development, brand agency, and workplace challenges—providing detailed answers to each question. Meanwhile, Director Lei Yuqiang from the Human Resources Department also answered new employees’ questions about the training program itself. At the conclusion of the session, Luo Songhua, an assistant engineer from Dongguan Dasheng, shared his thoughts: “Since entering society after graduation, I’ve felt somewhat lost at times. But through this training, I’ve learned about the company’s 721 principle, which has helped me identify a clear direction for my future efforts. Previously, I was introverted and not very good at speaking up. Yet, after this training, I’ve become much more confident and now have the courage to stand up and represent the Technical Department in sharing my insights with everyone.” Meanwhile, Luo Xiaobo from Chengdu Nengda, who was recognized as an outstanding trainee in this session, also shared his thoughts: “I sincerely thank the company for providing such an excellent platform, allowing me to come into contact with the exceptional corporate culture of 369 and 721. I’m especially grateful for the guidance I’ve received from the company’s outstanding senior colleagues, which has given me valuable insights and serves as my guiding belief as I move forward!”

The onboarding training for new employees serves as a window—a crucial pathway for newcomers to understand the company’s culture and integrate into the team. The company provides employees with a platform for growth, supports their career development, and encourages them to create value. We hope that all new employees, through this training, will keep pace with the company’s development, grow alongside the company, and remain proactive and courageous in their work positions. Let’s join forces to build our shared dreams!
