    I. Golf Experience Event and Early Morning Tea Gathering
To broaden our colleagues’ horizons and help them enjoy a relaxing and enjoyable weekend, at 7:30 a.m. on July 18, about 50 colleagues from various subordinate units gathered at the Nanguo Taoyuan Golf Course—a beautifully designed course meticulously crafted by the golf course design firm JMP. As soon as we stepped onto the golf course, we were greeted by an expansive, majestic landscape of lush green fairways set against a backdrop of clear blue skies and fluffy white clouds. Combined with the clubhouse’s design, which seamlessly blends traditional elegance with a modern flair, the entire scene was truly breathtaking.

Next, the colleagues arrived at the Aigo Golf Academy (a golf practice range). The academy’s instructors patiently explained to the colleagues the steps involved in golf practice, including gripping the club, taking the stance, initiating the backswing, and executing the downswing. Everyone was enthusiastically eager to give it a try, and under the instructors’ guidance, they began practicing their swings. Some colleagues were shy and reserved, others tried to appear cool and stylish, while still others quietly displayed hidden talents waiting to be discovered. The golf experience came to an end amid laughter and joyful chatter among the colleagues.

After the golfing experience, some colleagues visited the Fengtian Bailu Villa Area to soak in its lavish and luxurious visual splendor, while others chose to stroll along the shores of Bibo Lake, fully immersing themselves in the serene and delightful surroundings.
At 9:00 a.m., our colleagues headed together to the Fontaine Blanc Hotel in NanGuo Peach Garden to enjoy morning tea and engage in casual exchanges and mutual learning.

Summarize and reflect, and forge ahead with determination. In the afternoon of July 18, the first half of the meeting. These are the June Haikou Conference and the July Zhejiang Tuofeng Learning & Sharing session. First up is Zhengyi Automation. Deputy General Manager Hu Qiuyuan and Xi'an Zhengyi Long Electrical Automation Co., Ltd. Next, Mr. Lian, head of Siemens’ Motor Division, vividly described how, since joining CP Group, with the support of national policies, under the care of the government, and led by President Wang, he has traveled to numerous countries around the world, broadening his horizons and feeling deeply proud to be Chinese. During these travels, he has learned from outstanding individuals around him, constantly elevating his perspective. In team-building efforts, he has carried forward the corporate culture of “reading thousands of books and traveling ten thousand miles,” fulfilling the commitment that employees within the department will take trips outside the province to complete their tasks, while key personnel will have opportunities to travel abroad.

Learn from the advanced to identify gaps, and draw on experience to drive improvement. On July 17, Lin Zong of Zero One Industrial, Peng Zong of Zhengyi Automation, and You Zong of Dongguan Dasheng shared their insights from visiting Zhejiang Tuofeng Technology Co., Ltd., an outstanding Siemens distributor. Zhejiang Tuofeng serves as a role model, having been engaged in automation products for 40 years. From their experience, we not only recognized Zero One Industrial’s strengths in refined management and rapid development but also identified shortcomings and gaps in areas such as modular product offerings, technical capabilities, digital investment, and team building. The members of Zero One must continue to work hard and strive vigorously to catch up.

Combining theory with practice and embracing humility and diligence to foster growth—this was the theme of the second half of the meeting, which featured a 369 corporate culture training session led by President Wang of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics. First, President Wang used his experiences in welcoming major clients, leading teams, and maintaining a healthy, self-disciplined lifestyle as vivid case studies to illustrate how our corporate culture—particularly the 369 culture’s emphasis on humility and diligence (putting forth effort no less than anyone else)—brings profound significance to both our work and our lives.
Next, President Wang leveraged our company’s corporate culture and addressed various issues—such as business follow-up, team building, talent development, personal growth, and leisure activities—facing colleagues in the cross-departmental talent development program through a question-and-answer format. The meeting emphasized that, both in work and in life, upright individuals must remain humble, diligent, and trustworthy; consistently engage in daily self-reflection, cultivate good habits of thoughtful deliberation and extensive reading, and spend more time with outstanding people to broaden their horizons. As newcomers, you should be courageous, boldly experiment and learn from mistakes, minimize negative energy, and place great emphasis on practical experience. As top sales professionals, you must genuinely love your industry, thoroughly understand your products, and demonstrate passionate enthusiasm for them. As team leaders, you must set a good example by managing yourselves effectively, fully embracing and deeply understanding the company’s culture, and passing it on to new recruits.

III. Session on Corporate Culture Learning, Exchange, and Communication
To further advance the development of CPME’s talent strategy, a thematic seminar titled “Building Teams, Defining Strategies, and Leading Teams” was held on the morning of July 19 at the Fengtian Bailu Hotel. A total of 36 participants—including President Wang, members at the general manager level, and designated personnel—attended the seminar. The seminar proceeded in an orderly manner in a question-and-answer format.
In the first half of the seminar, each participant first raised pertinent questions about the strategic objectives of “building a team, formulating a strategy, and leading the workforce.” President Wang provided vivid and insightful answers based on his own personal experiences, combined with the company’s “369” corporate culture.
Regarding talent recruitment, President Wang emphasized that the first step is to clearly define the talent model, ensuring it aligns with the company’s values and combines both moral integrity and competence. We should broaden the scope of specialties and increase the pool of applicants to enhance the likelihood of identifying top talent, thereby improving the success rate of developing these talents into high-performing professionals.
Regarding talent development, President Wang advocates using the “mentorship and hands-on guidance” approach. In the early stages of strategic development—“building teams, defining strategies, and leading the workforce”—senior key personnel need to provide step-by-step guidance to newcomers. In the later stages, a comprehensive training system should be established.
