    Celebrating National Day—We’re Taking Action!

    　　Year after year, the flowers remain similar; yet each year brings a different scene. Seventy years of trials and triumphs—seventy years of brilliant achievements. This year carries even greater significance and unfolds on an even grander stage. The military parade and National Day gala will lead people across the country in singing a rousing ode to China: “Motherland, I love you! Motherland, happy birthday!”

    　　Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd., located in Foshan, Guangdong, was established in 1997. As a beneficiary of the nation’s development, the company has always remained deeply grateful and continues to give back to society. With concrete actions, we celebrate together and strive—both top and bottom—to pursue our dreams!

    (1) Respect and care for the elderly; ensure they have support in their old age.

    　　On September 29, just before the Double Festival of Chongyang and National Day, a group of nearly 30 people from various units under Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Company, led by Director Huang Xuehua from the office, Li Yuan, Assistant to the General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lingyi Industrial), Yan Shenghui, and Chen Jingfeng, Marketing Director of Foshan Chengpu Management Consulting & Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengpu JinFu), visited Zhangcha Nursing Home (established in 1992) to bring the elderly residents an exciting performance and warm companionship.

    First, Dean Chen Shunjiao expressed gratitude on behalf of everyone. Next, General Manager Chen delivered a speech on behalf of the company and extended heartfelt greetings. General Manager Li then took the stage to present a banner of appreciation and invited the volunteers to join him onstage. Together, they sang “My Motherland and I” in unison. The soaring voices and genuine emotions conveyed by the song moved some of the elderly attendees, who began softly humming along. The volunteers also played simple interactive games with the seniors: Lin Hongxu from the Finance Department performed an exquisite dance; several centenarians personally affixed handmade “love and blessing” characters to each volunteer, symbolizing their enduring blessings and heartfelt gratitude. Finally, everyone handed out care packages one by one to each senior—though the gifts were modest, the thought behind them was profound, filling the seniors with joy and happiness.

    　　This initiative has been ongoing since 2001 and has now been running for 18 years already; it will continue to thrive in the future as well. On this occasion, we extend our heartfelt wishes for good health, joy, and happiness to every elderly person! We also hope that everyone around us will start by taking action in their own homes—showing respect and love for the elderly—and together help realize the Chinese dream of ensuring that our seniors have a secure and fulfilling life!

    (2) Celebrate with the nation—share it with everyone!

    　　On September 29, more than 20 senior executives—including Wang Zhenghu, President of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics; Lin Yi, General Manager of Lingyi Industry; Shi Hao, General Manager of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Bearing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Foshan Bearing); and Lei Yuqiang, Director of the Human Resources Department at Zhengda Machinery & Electronics—gathered together to reflect on the tremendous changes China has undergone over the past 70 years and to envision a bright future for the company over the next 20 years.
    　　On September 30, the company presented all employees with a special benefit: colleagues at the Foshan headquarters each received a fruit gift box consisting of seven Anhui pears and one box of jujubes—a beautifully crafted symbol of shared success. They’re invited to share this delicious treat with family members, loved ones, and friends. Employees outside the Foshan region each received an envelope containing 70 yuan—richly colorful and versatile, perfect for spreading joy and good cheer.

    　　Celebrate the small family, celebrate the great nation—raise your glasses in unison to celebrate our motherland’s 70th anniversary!

      (3) Study Strong Nation—Be a Dream Chaser

    　　Learning inspires us to strive forward and chart our course for the future. We are all dreamers, steadily moving closer to becoming pioneers. While everyone is still basking in the joyous holiday celebrating the 70th anniversary of our motherland’s founding, the annual Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Company’s 2019 National Day Training and Learning Session coupled with the 2020 Business Planning Conference was held as scheduled from October 6 to 7. On October 7, all Zhengda employees celebrated National Day through their own actions. This year’s National Day conference innovatively broke away from the traditional practice of holding a centralized meeting; instead, each branch and subsidiary organized its own event, simultaneously taking place at 13 venues across four cities: Changsha, Dongguan, Foshan, and Jiangmen.

    Venue 1: Changsha

    　　In 2018, Zero One Industry successively established two branch companies: Xi'an Zhengyi Long Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xi'an) and Chengdu Nengda Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Chengdu). Together with Changsha Zero One Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Changsha), the company officially completed its strategic deployment aimed at vigorously developing the Central China and Western markets.
    To focus efforts and advance the implementation of our strategy, on October 6, Mr. Lei from Zhengda Machinery & Electronics and Mr. Lin from Zero One Industry, along with Deputy General Manager Li Wenxing, General Manager Wang Hailong, General Manager Wang Yijian, and core members of their respective teams—a total of 21 people—met in Changsha to review the past and plan for the future.

     

    　　First, General Lin led everyone in reviewing the budget performance of each unit for 2019, conducted an in-depth analysis of the reasons behind any discrepancies, and explained how to develop an annual budget. In addition, Chen Songwen, Deputy Manager of the Finance Department, provided training on finance-related knowledge and administered an exam.
    　　Next, everyone discussed Siemens’ LVM planning and implementation plan, examined Siemens’ BU strategies, and explored ideas for collaborating with Siemens.
    　　Finally, General Lin conducted a training session for everyone on “How to Become an Excellent Manager.” General Lin emphasized the following points: First, always keep the team’s goals in mind and mobilize all members to act in alignment with those goals; second, enhance the team’s management capabilities—including team building, learning and training, and coaching and planning; third, effectively implement motivation—both material and spiritual incentives—and improve the psychological resilience of team members; fourth, ensure the effective inheritance of the company’s corporate culture, continuously promoting the company’s values of learning, diligence, and sharing through personal example and consistent practice.
    　　After the meeting on the evening of October 7, General Lin arranged a special surprise for everyone: a group movie screening of the patriotic film “My People, My Country.” This added an extra layer of significance to this Changsha National Day conference. We are grateful to our motherland, grateful to our company, and grateful to our leaders.

    Venue Two: Foshan

    　　As an industry strategically aligned with Zhengda Machinery & Electronics, Chengpu Financial Services was attended by President Wang Zhenghu, who provided on-site guidance. He summarized the business performance over the past two years, analyzed the current market conditions and key challenges, and outlined corresponding countermeasures. Additionally, he set forth specific requirements for business forecasts and targets for the fourth quarter.
    　　Foshan Bearings held a detailed discussion on topics including summarizing achievements, budgeting, and the implementation of new business models (REP).
    　　In addition to the Changsha venue, each unit at the Zero One Industrial Foshan venue is also going all out, showcasing its unique strengths and talents.
    　　The teams led by General Manager Lian Canhuan from Siemens Motor Division, Zheng Yisheng Division, and Jinan Lingjun, among others, focused on sharing, discussing, and learning about LVM planning and implementation, platform utilization, and qualified management practices.

    　　Zhengyi Automation Company uses the Boston Matrix tool to prioritize its product lines and regions by assessing which ones to retain, expand, or discontinue, thereby identifying appropriate strategies and breakthrough solutions.
    　　The uniform attire of the mechanical transmission department, coupled with the fluttering Five-Star Red Flag, is striking and truly impressive.

    　　As an integral part of the company’s “369” culture, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics has consistently emphasized platform development. Unified functional departments are a key manifestation of this platform. The functional departments engaged in in-depth discussions around three dimensions: the company’s corporate culture, how to create value for business units, and the professionalism of the functional departments themselves.

    Venue Three: Dongguan

    　　Dongguan Dasheng Company’s conference planning stands out from the crowd. The management team visited and toured the historic “Dongguan Keyuan” architectural complex, using this as a team-building activity to warm up for the upcoming conference and learning session.

    Venue Four: Jiangmen

    　　The Shunde Branch held a National Day meeting at the Fuzhou Fortune Sheraton Hotel in Heshan, during which participants received training and learned strategies for developing key accounts and enhancing the sales skills of business personnel.
