From November 29 to November 30, 2018, Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Guangdong Lingyi”), and his delegation visited the ancient capital Xi'an, embarking on a two-day business communication and exchange session with Siemens in Xi'an, as well as a new-employee communication and exchange event with Xi'an Zhengyilong Electrical Automation Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Xi'an Zhengyilong”).
On the afternoon of November 29, Mr. Lin and a delegation of six people, including Mr. Wang Hailong, General Manager of Xi'an Zhengyi Long, paid a visit and exchanged views at the headquarters of Siemens Shaanxi, located in Yanta District. Mr. Wu Shijun, Sales Director of Siemens, warmly welcomed our company’s visit and extended a warm reception to Mr. Lin and his delegation.
The two sides engaged in a friendly and in-depth exchange of views at Siemens’ Multimedia Conference Hall. First, General Manager Wu provided a detailed overview of Siemens’ organizational structure, sales team, and development plans for the Shaanxi region. Subsequently, heads of various Siemens business units successively offered thorough explanations and analyses of the overall situation in Siemens’ Southwest China region, the status of the distribution business in Shaanxi, the allocation of resources and support principles for distributors, as well as future goals and action plans.
Subsequently, General Manager Lin provided General Manager Wu and the heads of various business units with a detailed and vivid overview of Charoen Pokphand Group’s 21-year development history, organizational structure, operational model, and corporate culture—including the company’s vision, mission, values, learning culture, sharing culture, charitable and public welfare initiatives, as well as the development status of ZeroOne Industries and the achievements made by Siemens-related businesses. He also introduced the personnel configuration and business operations of Xi’an Zhengyi Long.
Finally, General Wu once again expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the visit of General Lin and his delegation, and stated that Siemens Xi'an will fully support ZeroOne Industry and Xi'an Zhengyi Long’s Siemens business. At the same time, he placed high hopes on Xi'an Zhengyi Long, hoping that the company would carry forward the “Pingtou Ge” spirit and win the 2019 Siemens Xi'an Regional Progressive Agent Award. To underscore this commitment, General Wu presented Xi'an Zhengyi Long with a bronze tripod, symbolizing that their cooperation would be as solid and trustworthy as a promise worth its weight in gold—and that together they would achieve mutual success and win-win outcomes.
On the morning of November 30, Lin Zong and his delegation from Lingyi Industry visited Xi'an Zhengyi Long, a holding subsidiary, and had a warm and friendly exchange with its employees. Wang Hailong, General Manager of Xi'an Zhengyi Long, briefed Lin Zong on the company’s preparatory work, personnel recruitment, and business progress. Lin Zong expressed his appreciation for the fact that Xi'an Zhengyi Long had already received a 100,000-yuan order shortly after its establishment. He encouraged Zhengyi Long to keep up the good work and achieve even greater success under the leadership of General Manager Wang. At the same time, he urged everyone to strengthen internal management, enhance training, accelerate their learning of the company’s business processes, financial procedures, and the job responsibilities and workflows of each position.
Following that, Li Yuan, Assistant to the General Manager, conducted a training session for colleagues from Xi'an Zhengyi Long on the company’s development and corporate culture. She vividly and engagingly recounted the 21-year journey of Charoen Pokphand Group and Lingyi Industrial, sharing with everyone the corporate culture and the “369” spirit that have continuously inspired and guided all members of the Zhengda family to forge ahead with determination. Meanwhile, Chen Songwen, Finance Manager, provided financial knowledge training for the Xi'an Zhengyi Long colleagues. He explained in a clear and accessible manner a wide range of practical financial topics, including how a company should conduct financial management, what costs are involved in business operations, how to control financial risks, and how to reduce financial costs. The colleagues from Xi'an Zhengyi Long expressed that this training had given them a profound understanding of the company’s 21-year history and its corporate culture, enabling them to gain deep insights into both their work and their personal lives. They also learned and mastered many practical financial skills they had never encountered before. Everyone agreed that this training had been highly beneficial and suggested that future sessions could include more training on business processes, job responsibilities, and specific job workflows.
