From November 15 to 17, 2018, Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Siemens”) held the 2018 Siemens Digital Factory and Process Industries Distributor Conference with great fanfare at the Sheraton Hotel in Haitang Bay, Sanya, Hainan—a stunningly beautiful location—honoring its distributors across China for their outstanding achievements during fiscal year FY1718 and reliving the cherished memories of the past 20 years. Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Lingyi Industrial”), along with a delegation of seven members, was invited to attend the conference.
In the afternoon of the 15th, major distributors arrived at the hotel one after another to check in. Siemens thoughtfully arranged a team-building activity, which was both heartwarming and beautifully scenic. Not only did it instantly relieve the fatigue that the guests had accumulated during their journey, but it also enhanced communication and exchange among the distributors, thereby strengthening team cohesion.
At 8:30 a.m. on the 16th, the conference officially kicked off, with its agenda centered around three main components: the plenary session, breakout forums, and an awards gala dinner. During the plenary session, Siemens shared with everyone the achievements of the previous fiscal year, outlined new business prospects for the coming fiscal year, and communicated the distributor policies and market directions for various business products in the new fiscal year.
Siemens is one of the pioneers and drivers of Industry 4.0. At the conference, Siemens, in alignment with China’s national policies of “Made in China 2025” and the “Belt and Road” initiative, showcased to major distributors its phased achievements in realizing industrial digitalization as well as its future development plans.
At the awards gala, two of our subsidiaries—Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Dasheng Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.—were honored with the Siemens DF&PD Outstanding Distributor Award for Fiscal Year 2017-18.
Two photos submitted by Li Jiajun, Manager of ZeroOne Industry, have also been shortlisted for Siemens’ 20th-anniversary photo contest titled “Time and You Are Both Precious—Good Partners, Keep It Up!”
Whether it’s the award for Outstanding Distributor or being shortlisted for the historical photo contest, these achievements are a testament to our 11-year journey of collaboration and partnership with Siemens—a journey that has solidified our status as strategic partners. They also reflect Siemens’ recognition of our company’s steady and sustained growth in Siemens-related business.
