| The first Beide Partner Conference for Siemens Motors (China) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SSML”) for fiscal year 2018-19 was solemnly held on October 10, 2018, at the Yijing Peninsula Hotel in Yizheng, Yangzhou.
