On July 22-23, the 2017 Mid-Year Summary Conference of Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. was grandly held at the Boshixi Bay Hotel on Fuxian Lake in Kunming, the capital of Yunnan Province, a city renowned as the "City of Spring." More than 50 mid- and senior-level leaders from across the country attended the conference. On the morning of July 22, participants visited the production workshop of Hongta Shan Group—a facility with an extremely high degree of automation and awarded the “National Five-Star Management Site” designation. At 2 p.m., the conference officially kicked off with a spirited morning training speech. On the morning of July 22, the participants visited the production workshop of Hongta Shan Group, which boasts an extremely high degree of automation and has been awarded the “National Five-Star Management Site” designation.
At 2 p.m., the meeting kicked off with the energetic morning training speech.
First, Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industrial Company, reviewed the company’s performance and market conditions for the first half of the year. While fully acknowledging the achievements made by each unit, he also briefly highlighted the substantial growth experienced by various suppliers in the first half. At the same time, he pointed out the shortcomings and challenges faced by certain units. Regarding strategic alignment, he emphasized and unified thinking around five key principles: the effectiveness of BPM, the integration of visionary meetings with practical implementation and execution, the importance of scale and strength, resource integration, and talent development. Furthermore, in conjunction with ongoing business operations, he elaborated specifically on the spirit of relentless dedication—“going all out, fearlessly committing ourselves, and devoting our very lives to our work.”
Next, General Manager Shi Hao from the bearing company presented a summary of the company’s work for the first half of the year. General Manager Peng Jinsong from Zhengyi Automation Company and Deputy General Manager Li Wenxing from Changsha Lingyi Industrial Company shared their valuable experiences. Finally, General Manager Zhu Guoshun provided an overview of Guangdong Zhuosheng Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.
Finally, Wang Zhenghu, President of the company, took “Great motivation stems from ambitious goals” as his theme and guided the participants—covering aspects such as health, career, and family—to engage in thorough discussions and address their questions and doubts. This helped everyone reach a deep consensus on a philosophical level and ignited their intrinsic motivation to pursue ambitious goals.
On the morning of July 23, everyone engaged in a discussion about topics such as the company’s 20th-anniversary cultural heritage, savoring its accumulated wisdom and appreciating its profound significance.
Through the two-day meeting, everyone gained a clearer understanding of the company’s future development plans, the various initiatives currently underway, the usage of the next-generation fund, and the series of events celebrating the 20th anniversary.
For two decades, we’ve weathered storms and shared joys together. The first twenty years have already passed, and the next twenty years lie ahead of us, filled with hope and anticipation. Thus, the mid-year summary conference of Charoen Pokphand Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. has been a complete success.
