To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. and to foster a corporate culture unique to Zero One Science and Technology Park, keep pace with the times, build distinctive software infrastructure, and enhance the park’s overall image, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. organized the 4th Sports Meet at Zero One Science and Technology Park from January 10 to 13, 2017.
To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. and to foster a corporate culture unique to Zero One Science and Technology Park, keep pace with the times, build distinctive software infrastructure, and enhance the park’s overall image, Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. organized the 4th Sports Meet at Zero One Science and Technology Park from January 10 to 13, 2017.
The event registration was incredibly enthusiastic—everyone was eager and ready to give it their all. Each sport felt like a battle about to erupt at any moment. The table tennis tournament sounded the first battle cry, and a full-scale contest of strength and speed was about to begin. Every player refused to back down, showcasing their signature skills to the fullest. With flicks, chops, topspin shots, and backhand strokes, players countered each other’s moves; one rally could last over ten exchanges without a clear winner, leaving spectators dazzled and on the edge of their seats. Immediately following that was the three-on-three basketball game. Every pass, every layup, and every precise shot drew waves of cheers and applause from the audience.
In the afternoon of the 13th, a highly creative and fun sports event was held first, featuring more than 10 diverse and exciting competitions, including “Tear the Name Tag,” “Happy Relay,” and “Team Weight-Relay Race.” These activities enabled employees to relieve work pressure, get some exercise, and strengthen their friendships after a busy workday, allowing them to return to their jobs with greater enthusiasm and determination.
The subsequent plank and tug-of-war competitions brought the sports meet to a thrilling climax. The competitors fought valiantly, determined to defeat their opponents and win glory. In the plank competition, the participants persevered relentlessly, vowing not to give up—and finally broke the longest record previously set by Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industrial Company. Even before the tug-of-war began, both teams had already entered “battle mode,” gripping the hemp rope tightly with their hands, planting their feet firmly on the ground, and leaning slightly backward. The team members pulled together with one unified spirit, forming an unbreakable bond! The team captains were especially energized, running back and forth, meticulously plotting strategies as if they were generals leading troops into battle. As soon as the whistle blew, both sides shouted their battle cries, their spirits soaring high. Some comrades’ faces turned bright red yet remained utterly focused; others wore fierce expressions, giving it their all; still others simply closed their eyes, bracing themselves and pulling with all their might. The female participants were equally determined not to be outdone—each one clenched her teeth, fully embodying the spirit of women who are just as capable and courageous as men. The spectators around them cheered loudly, offering encouragement and shouts of support, their voices rising and falling in waves. The cheers and laughter echoed like an ocean, enveloping the entire Zero One Science Park.
Sports are an important component of spiritual civilization building and serve as a concentrated reflection of our nation’s overall quality and spiritual outlook. The sports meet is not only a test of the competence and quality of our Zhengda employees, a showcase of their youthful vigor, and a practical exercise that challenges both physical fitness and mental resilience; it also represents a comprehensive display of the progress and development of Zhengda Mechatronics. It strengthens physical endurance, revitalizes vitality, celebrates individuality and youthful energy, and brings forth smiles and an uplifting spirit. Looking back at the past and forward to the future: a successful enterprise cannot do without such meaningful activities to enliven its internal environment, foster employees’ all-around personal growth, unlock their full potential, and enable them to fully leverage their unique talents and passions. Only with strong innovative thinking can employees make even greater contributions to the company’s continued development.
