2016 Elderly Care Event at Zero One Science and Technology Park

Respecting the elderly and caring for the young is a traditional virtue of the Chinese nation, and showing reverence to the elderly has long been an excellent tradition at Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. In 2015, the Lingyi Science and Technology Park, constructed by Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd., was completed and put into use. To spread the spirit of respecting the elderly to more people, in October 2015, Lingyi Science and Technology Park, acting on behalf of the park, organized several park-based enterprises and merchants together with Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. to carry out activities dedicated to honoring the elderly.

In 2015, the Lingyi Science and Technology Park, constructed by Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd., was completed and put into use. To spread the spirit of respecting the elderly to more people, in October 2015, Lingyi Science and Technology Park, acting on behalf of the park, organized several enterprises and businesses within the park together with Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group) Co., Ltd. to carry out activities dedicated to honoring the elderly.
On October 15, 2016, Lingyi Science and Technology Park organized a 2016 Elderly Care Activity. A total of 30 people from various subsidiaries under Zhengda Machinery & Electronics (Group), as well as enterprises and merchants within the park, participated in the event. At 9 a.m. that day, the group arrived at Zhangcha Nursing Home, where Dean Chen Shunjiao welcomed them. Afterwards, everyone headed to the Senior Citizens’ Activity Center, where the elderly residents were already eagerly awaiting their arrival and looking forward to the start of the “activity.”
Dean Chen Shunjiao expressed her respect and gratitude for the elderly-friendly spirit and generous enthusiasm of Zero One Science and Technology Park, and then reviewed memorable moments from past years when Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Company showed its care for seniors. Following that, Mr. Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Zero One Real Estate Co., Ltd., delivered a speech on behalf of Zero One Science and Technology Park and extended greetings to the elderly residents. Afterwards, everyone participated in various activities together with the seniors, including singing, games, dancing, and more. Young people and seniors mingled effortlessly, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere at the venue. At the end, each senior received a thoughtful gift—a small token that brought immense happiness to the elderly. Everyone deeply realized that happiness is actually quite simple. With this, the event came to a successful conclusion, and participants left the nursing home filled with gratitude and heartfelt emotions.
