Second New Employee Training Session of 2015

To help new employees quickly and thoroughly understand the company’s corporate culture and management processes, Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. conducted a five-day, four-night training program for new hires from April 8 to April 12. A total of 25 new employees from across the country participated in this training. This training marks the 14th new-hire training session organized by the Group since 2011. On the evening of April 8, the Human Resources Department held the opening ceremony for the training, and the formal training began on April 9.
To help new employees quickly and thoroughly understand the company’s corporate culture and management processes, Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. conducted a five-day, four-night training program for new hires from April 8 to April 12. A total of 25 new employees from across the country participated in this training.
This training is the 14th new-employee training session organized by the (Group) company since 2011. On the evening of April 8, the Human Resources Department held the opening ceremony for the training, and the training officially began on April 9.
The lecturer team this time includes Wang Zhenghu, President of the (Group) Company; Lin Yi, General Manager of Lingyi Industrial Company; Zhao Haijun, Director of Human Resources at the (Group) Company; and key leaders from various functional departments. Through a series of systematic training sessions, the new colleagues will gain a clear understanding of the company’s development journey, corporate culture, their individual career positioning, as well as various functional systems and processes, thereby laying a solid foundation for them to quickly adapt to their new roles.
On April 12, the Human Resources Department also arranged for new colleagues from other regions to visit Foshan’s Lingnan Tiandi and the Ancestral Temple. Everyone concluded this round of new employee training in a relaxed and joyful mood.
