Over the past year, the female employees of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. have remained steadfast at their various work stations, embodying the spirit of “self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement.” Together with their male colleagues, they have worked side by side, pouring in their sweat and making positive contributions to the business development of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. They are the heroic women of Zhengda Group and a beautiful highlight within Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. On March 8, 2015, to ensure that the female employees could enjoy a joyful and happy holiday, the company organized a tea party for all female employees of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. at the Jincheng Grand Hotel that morning. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Mai Junming, Deputy General Manager of the Motor Division of the Supporting Company. Mr. Lin Yongyuan, Deputy General Manager of the Supporting Company, delivered a speech on behalf of the company to all the female colleagues. At the event, female colleagues enthusiastically shared their thoughts and experiences, filling the room with laughter and creating a warm and lively atmosphere.
