On February 13, 2015, a delegation of more than ten people—including Mr. Kong Haiwen, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and District Mayor of Chancheng District, Foshan City; Mr. Xu Hang, Member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee and Party Secretary of the District Development Planning and Statistics Bureau; Mr. Le Shaocai, Member of the Standing Committee of the District CPC Committee and Director of the District Bureau of Economic and Technological Promotion; and Mr. Hu Anquan, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhangcha Subdistrict in Chancheng District and Director of the Chancheng Management Committee of Foshan High-tech Zone—paid a visit to and provided guidance at Lingyi Science and Technology Park. Accompanying the delegation were Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. At around 3:40 p.m., District Mayor Kong and his delegation first visited Lingyi Science and Technology Park.

They were accompanied by Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.
Around 3:40 p.m., District Chief Kong and his delegation first visited the outdoor plaza, building complex, and marketing center of Zero One Science and Technology Park, frequently consulting President Wang about the progress of the Zero One Science and Technology Park project. President Wang briefed District Chief Kong and other leaders on our company’s industrial sector, noting that sales in the industrial sector reached a record high in 2014. He also provided detailed explanations on the park’s overall planning, project attraction efforts, and the layout of the science and technology park’s industrial chain. Manager Tang Yunliang from Guangdong Zero One Real Estate Co., Ltd. introduced the overall development status of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., providing a thorough overview of Zero One Science and Technology Park’s planning, construction, business philosophy, and functional layout.
After touring the project and listening to the briefing, District Chief Kong highly praised Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Charoen Pokphand Machinery & Electronics (Group), for its innovative design concepts in the park—particularly its ability to integrate global resources into both the park’s physical infrastructure and software services—and for its distinctive experience in building the cultural ethos of the Lingyi Science and Technology Park. He instructed his accompanying colleagues to learn from Lingyi Science and Technology Park’s approach to park culture development.
Finally, before leaving, District Chief Kong expressed his hope that Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. would continue to uphold the park’s existing construction model and business philosophy, thereby injecting new momentum into the development of Chancheng West New City.
