Mr. Le Shaocai, a member of the Standing Committee of the District Committee of Chancheng District, Foshan City, and Director of the Bureau of Economic and Technological Affairs, along with his delegation, visited Lingyi Science and Technology Park.

On January 20, 2015, Mr. Le Shaocai, a member of the Standing Committee of the CPC District Committee of Chancheng District, Foshan City, and Director of the District Bureau of Economic and Technological Promotion, along with Mr. Mao Weifeng, Executive Deputy Director of the District Bureau of Economic and Technological Promotion, and Mr. He Yongqing, Deputy Director of the Zhangcha Subdistrict Office of Chancheng District, paid a visit to Lingyi Science and Technology Park for inspection and guidance. They were accompanied by Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., and Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. Around 5 p.m., the delegation led by Mr. Le first visited the construction site in the outer plaza of Lingyi Science and Technology Park, as well as the building complex and the marketing center. President Wang provided Mr. Le and other leaders with a detailed introduction to the park’s overall development.

Around 5 p.m., the delegation led by Comrade Le first visited the construction site, building complex, and marketing center in the outdoor plaza of Zero One Science and Technology Park. President Wang provided the leaders, including Comrade Le, with a detailed introduction to the park’s overall planning, project attraction efforts, and the layout of the science park’s industrial chain. Manager Tang Yunliang from Guangdong Zero One Real Estate Co., Ltd. briefed the delegation on the overall development of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., as well as the progress of Zero One Science and Technology Park’s construction and the design aspects related to outdoor lighting and landscape greening.
After the project tour and briefing, Committee Member Le highly praised the rapid development of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.’s core business. He also fully commended Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group, for completing, in a relatively short period, the planning, design, construction, and product launch of the “Lingyi Science and Technology Park” integrated project. Furthermore, he highly appreciated Lingyi Science and Technology Park’s innovative park design concepts, diversified business formats, especially its integration of global resources into both the park’s physical infrastructure and software services, as well as its pioneering experience in developing a real estate service platform through innovative business models. He believes that the project construction experience of Lingyi Science and Technology Park is worth promoting and proposed inviting relevant government leaders to visit, exchange ideas, and learn from Lingyi Science and Technology Park.
Finally, Committee Member Le gave a detailed briefing on the implementation status of the national-level incubator platform in Foshan City for 2014. He suggested that Zero One Science and Technology Park apply to become a national-level incubator platform, further elevating the incubator functions that have already taken shape at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. in Foshan City. By doing so, the park could attract more resources and talent, truly transforming Zero One Science and Technology Park into an enterprise headquarters base and a startup platform for small and medium-sized enterprises, integrating industry, R&D, and incubation services.
