On December 3, 2014, at the invitation of President Wang Zhenghu of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., Mr. Feng Yuance, Executive Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Hongding Real Estate Investment & Development Group Co., Ltd., along with a delegation of five members, visited and exchanged ideas at Lingyi Science and Technology Park. On the morning of the 3rd, accompanied by President Wang Zhenghu, Mr. Feng Yuance and his delegation toured the promotional wall in the outer plaza of Lingyi Science and Technology Park, the lobby, the marketing center, and various building complexes. After the tour, the two sides held an exchange meeting at the marketing center of Lingyi Science and Technology Park. During the meeting, President Wang provided Mr. Feng and other guests with a detailed introduction to the park’s overall planning, industrial layout, investment attraction efforts, and other relevant information. On the morning of the 3rd, Vice President Feng Yuance and his delegation, accompanied by President Wang Zhenghu, visited the outdoor promotional wall, lobby, marketing center, and building complex of Zero One Science and Technology Park one after another. After the tour, the two sides held an exchange meeting at the marketing center of Zero One Science and Technology Park. During the meeting, President Wang provided a detailed introduction to the guests, including Mr. Feng, on the park’s overall planning, industrial layout, and investment attraction efforts. Additionally, Manager Tang Yunliang from Guangdong Zero One Real Estate Co., Ltd. shared information about the outdoor lighting and landscape greening design of Zero One Science and Technology Park.
Mr. Feng stated that Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., is a newcomer to the real estate development industry. The fact that it was able to complete the planning, design, construction, and product launch of the “Lingyi Science Park” integrated project within a relatively short period of time is in itself a remarkable feat in the industry. Mr. Feng also highly praised Lingyi Science Park for its innovative park design concepts and diversified business formats, particularly its incorporation of cutting-edge global resources into both the park’s physical infrastructure and software services.
Subsequently, General Manager Feng exchanged views with President Wang Zhenghu and other senior executives on matters related to project construction. At the same time, he invited the team from the Lingyi Science and Technology Park project to visit the Hongding Real Estate project for a business exchange.
