Zhengda Machinery & Electronics Co., Ltd. visited and inspected Guangfo Zhicheng and CITIC Plaza in Guangzhou.

On November 6, 2014, Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., and Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., at the invitation of leaders from Guangfo Zhicheng and CITIC Bank Guangzhou, led a group of eight members from the Lingyi Science Park project to visit and inspect Guangfo Zhicheng and CITIC Plaza Guangzhou. At noon, our delegation arrived at Guangfo Zhicheng for a tour. Wu Di, Director in charge of investment promotion for the project, provided a detailed introduction to the planning, ongoing construction, and investment attraction status of Nanhai Dali’s first urban integrated complex. He also emphasized that Guangfo Zhicheng plays a crucial role in driving the transformation and upgrading of Dali in Nanhai, thus adopting an approach of using industry to propel urban development.

At noon, our delegation visited Guangfo Zhicheng. Director Wu Di, the project’s investment promotion manager, provided a detailed introduction to the planning, ongoing construction, and investment attraction status of Nanhai Dali’s first urban integrated complex. He also emphasized that Guangfo Zhicheng plays a crucial role in driving the transformation and upgrading of Nanhai Dali’s urban development. Therefore, the approach of using industry to spur urban growth has become a distinctive path for Nanhai Dali’s urban development. Accompanied by Director Wu Di, our delegation toured the Guangfo Zhicheng Investment Promotion Center and the buildings themselves.
In the afternoon, at the invitation of Mr. Wen Bin, Assistant President of CITIC Bank, General Manager Wang visited CITIC Bank’s newly renovated office building in Guangzhou. Accompanied by staff from CITIC Bank’s Engineering Department, he toured the bank’s office areas. During the visit, both sides exchanged views on CITIC Bank’s architectural philosophy for interior design in Guangzhou—emphasizing green, healthy, energy-efficient, and leisure-oriented features. CITIC Bank is fully leveraging modern technology to create a holistic, eco-friendly office environment, providing employees with a more human-centered, green business space.
In today’s context of urban upgrading and industrial transformation, while building upon the city’s existing economic and industrial foundations and embracing the opportunities presented by the new era, we are innovatively seeking the optimal approach to align with the city’s development. By integrating concepts such as “ecology, health, and environmental protection” with office, residential, and consumption lifestyles, the members of the Zero One Science and Technology Park project aim—through a series of external exchanges and learning—to draw on these cutting-edge ideas and transform Zero One Science and Technology Park into a modern science and technology park that is “internationally first-class and China-leading.”
