On August 24, 2014, the marketing center and model homes of “Zero One Science and Technology Park”—Foshan’s first LEED-certified green building, which boasts “international first-class standards and domestic leadership”—invested in by Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., were grandly opened. In the morning, Wu Yingming, Vice Chairman of the Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce; Liao Zhichun, Deputy Director of the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism; Hu Anquan, Director of the Chancheng High-Tech Zone Management Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhangcha Subdistrict in Chancheng District; Wang Dongbin, General Manager of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. for the South China region; Cui Yanhong and Lin Zhaorong, Managers from Atlas (China) Co., Ltd.; and Li Ping, Chairman of Guangzhou Tiangao Group and President of the Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce, attended the opening ceremony.

This morning, a grand opening ceremony for the marketing center and model homes of “Zero One Science and Technology Park” was jointly witnessed by distinguished guests including Wu Yingming, Vice Chairman of the Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce; Liao Zhichun, Deputy Director of the Foshan Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Television and Tourism; Hu Anquan, Director of the Zen District Management Committee of the Foshan High-tech Zone and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhangcha Subdistrict in Zen District; Wang Dongbin, General Manager of Siemens (China) Co., Ltd. for the South China region; Cui Yanhong and Lin Zhaorong, Managers of Atlas (China) Co., Ltd.; Li Ping, Chairman of Guangzhou Tiangao Group and President of the Jiangxi Chamber of Commerce; Du Yun, Partner and Chief Designer at Beijing Bilude Architectural Consultants Co., Ltd.; and Liang Hui, General Manager of Guangdong Dianbai Second Construction Co., Ltd., along with leaders and guests from Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. and a total of 300 attendees.
At 10:30 a.m., the celebratory event officially kicked off. First, Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., on behalf of the developer, gave a comprehensive introduction to the “Lingyi Science and Technology Park” project. With the completion of the “Lingyi Science and Technology Park,” the headquarters of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. will move into the park. This means that in the future, numerous cooperation projects with European industrial giants such as Siemens are likely to be launched in the Zhangcha area. Moreover, the geographical and policy advantages of the “Lingyi Science and Technology Park,” located in Zone C of the European Industrial Park, will also facilitate the smooth entry and robust growth of cooperation projects with European enterprises across a wider range of fields.
Subsequently, Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., a strategic partner of Siemens, delivered a speech on behalf of the first batch of companies soon to move in. Mr. Lin noted that the forward-looking design concept, high-end supporting facilities, and excellent property management philosophy of the “Lingyi Science Park” have deeply attracted the company’s senior executives. As one of the first customers to reserve commercial office spaces in the “Lingyi Science Park,” Lingyi Industrial has been closely following and eagerly anticipating the realization of its modern office vision in this meticulously designed park built to stringent standards. The company also looks forward to moving into the “Lingyi Science Park” at an early date, so it can fully experience an office environment that is “energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and healthy.”
At the event, Wu Yingming, Vice Chairman of the Foshan Federation of Industry and Commerce, also delivered a speech. He expressed his hope that once the “Zero One Science and Technology Park” is completed and put into use, it will drive the development of a large number of related industries. Hu Anquan, Director of the Chancheng High-tech Zone Management Committee and Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Zhangcha Subdistrict in Chancheng District, encouraged everyone in his speech to turn the “Zero One Science and Technology Park” into a base for corporate headquarters and an incubator for small and medium-sized enterprises, jointly realizing our “Chinese Dream and entrepreneurial dream,” and making new efforts and contributions to Foshan’s economic development!
