New Horizons, New Future—Celebrating the Roll-off of the First Motor from the Special Motors Division of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.

August 15, 2014, was a special day not only for the Special Motors Division of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., but also for Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. On this day, the very first motor—entirely developed and manufactured by Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. and bearing the “Lingyi Industrial” nameplate—officially rolled off the production line. Leaders including Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Zhao Haijun, Director; Ni Xuefeng, Deputy Director; Sun Honglei, Deputy Director; Huang Xuehua, Director; and Hu Di, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Special Motors Division—as well as all colleagues from the Special Motors Division—witnessed this historic moment.
August 15, 2014, was a special day—not only for the Special Motors Division of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd., but also for Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. On that day, the very first motor—entirely developed and manufactured by Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd., and bearing the “Lingyi Industrial” nameplate—officially rolled off the production line. Leaders including Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; Zhao Haijun, Director; Ni Xuefeng, Deputy Director; Sun Honglei, Deputy Director; Huang Xuehua, Director; and Hu Di, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Special Motors Division—as well as all colleagues from the Special Motors Division—witnessed this historic moment.
At 5 p.m., after undergoing processes including rotor dynamic balancing, bearing installation, complete machine assembly, and factory testing, the first special motor branded “Zero One Industry”—a product with independent intellectual property rights—was officially born, marked by the hammering in of the “Zero One Industry” trademark. The scene at the special motor division’s factory in Zone C of the European Industrial Park in Foshan City was filled with jubilation and cheers.
As early as the beginning of 2013, the leadership of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. had already made it clear that, building on its existing product agency business, the company would strategically enter the fields of research and development and manufacturing of mechanical and electrical products, thereby enhancing its overall competitiveness. In January 2014, the Special Motors Division of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd. was officially established, marking the formal implementation by Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Co., Ltd. of its strategy for independent R&D and manufacturing.
Since Zhengda Machinery & Electronics has long been engaged in product trading within the industrial sector, the newly established Special Motors Division had zero experience in product R&D and manufacturing. From defining the project concept to drawing up design blueprints, from procuring materials to carrying out machining and production, from assembling components to conducting full-machine testing—every single step of this process has been painstakingly and steadily accomplished by every member of the newly formed Special Motors Division team, each contributing countless hours of hard work and dedication. As Hu Di, Executive Deputy General Manager of the Special Motors Division, summarized at the celebratory dinner that evening, using the words “hardship,” “heartache,” and “excitement” to describe the arduous efforts made by all colleagues in the Special Motors Division over the past eight months—especially during the past month or so—and their profound feelings following the official rollout of the very first motor on August 15th, could not have been more fitting.
The “Lingyi Industrial” brand motor has officially been launched—a testament to the joint efforts of all colleagues in the Special Motors Division, as well as the company’s leadership and relevant departments. This milestone represents just one phase of progress achieved by Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd. in the R&D and manufacturing of products with independent intellectual property rights. Colleagues from the Special Motors Division and related departments must continue their hard work, striving to finalize more product design schemes and successfully launch mass production of these motors, thereby generating tangible benefits. Everyone is confident that on Zhengda Machinery & Electric Co., Ltd.’s promising journey toward new frontiers, effort will bring hope, diligence will surely yield results, and dedication will ultimately be rewarded.
