(stock code: 600337), along with two other members of his delegation, visited our company for an exchange visit. On the afternoon of the 15th, President Kou Weiping and his delegation, accompanied by President Wang Zhenghu, visited in turn the Lingyi Science and Technology Park, Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., and Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. After the visits, the two sides held an exchange meeting in the third-floor conference room of the (Group) Company. Manager Tang Yunliang from Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. provided an overview of the (Group) Company, introduced the ongoing construction status of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park, and shared information on employee training and the “Next-Generation Development Fund” initiated by the (Group) Company. General Manager Lei Yuqiang gave President Kou Weiping and his delegation a detailed briefing on the business development of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., as well as the development model and investment attraction efforts of the Lingyi Science and Technology Park. President Kou Weiping expressed his appreciation for Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.’s diversified business development and its emphasis on corporate culture building.
Subsequently, President Kou Weiping provided a detailed introduction to the current business development of Meike Investment Group and Meike Land Development Co., Ltd., as well as an update on the ongoing construction projects of Meike Land. The two sides also exchanged views and discussed potential areas of cooperation, including green ecological office districts (EOD), eco-friendly residential developments, and family-oriented elderly care real estate. In addition, Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. was invited to join Meike Land’s collaborative projects in Tianjin, Urumqi, and other locations.
