Party Branch Activity: A Visit to Zero One Science and Technology Park

On July 4, 2014, led by the Party branch of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group), the company organized all its Party members as well as colleagues attending the regular management meetings to visit and learn at Zero One Science and Technology Park and the Special Motors Division of Zero One Industrial Company. Zero One Science and Technology Park is located in Zone C of Zhangcha European Industrial Park, near the picturesque Fenjiang River. In the afternoon, everyone arrived at Zero One Science and Technology Park and toured both the above-ground buildings and the underground parking garage. They learned that Zero One Science and Technology Park will reach its roof completion this August, with project acceptance scheduled for the end of this year. The park is expected to officially open and begin operations in May 2015, filling everyone with anticipation and excitement. Afterwards, everyone walked along the beautiful Fenjiang River.

Afterwards, the group strolled along the beautiful banks of the Fenjiang River and visited the factory and office premises of the Special Motors Division of Guangdong Zero One Industrial Company.
After dinner, in the conference room on the fourth floor of the Group, leaders including Wang Zhenghu, President of the Group, and Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., engaged in a discussion with all Party members and colleagues attending the regular management meeting. Tang Yunliang, Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., briefed all Party members and attendees at the regular management meeting on Lingyi Science Park’s architectural concept, construction progress, and supporting facilities, allowing everyone to look forward to a bright future with a wonderful office environment and well-equipped amenities.
Thereafter, at a symposium on ideological exchange attended by all Party members, the Party members exchanged views with President Wang Zhenghu on recent developments in their work and daily life, as well as on the ideological trends among employees. At the same time, the Party members studied recent materials related to Party building and engaged in in-depth study and discussion of certain key topics.
