On July 4, Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager, led a delegation of more than ten members from Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. to visit and inspect the Nanhai Wanda Plaza. Zhong Shan, General Manager of the Nanhai Wanda Plaza project, warmly welcomed the delegation members. First, President Wang Zhenghu and his delegation visited the marketing center of Nanhai Wanda Plaza to learn about the overall project progress and on-site management conditions. Afterwards, the delegation members exchanged views with General Manager Zhong Shan and other representatives on the progress of various project milestones and the completion status of key milestones in 2014.

Zhong Shan, General Manager of the Nanhai Wanda Plaza project, warmly welcomed the members of the inspection group.
President Wang Zhenghu and his delegation first visited the marketing center of Nanhai Wanda Plaza to gain an understanding of the project’s overall progress and on-site management conditions. Afterwards, members of the inspection team exchanged views with General Manager Zhong Shan and other colleagues on the progress of various project milestones at Wanda Plaza, as well as the completion status of the 2014 milestones. They also engaged in an in-depth discussion on topics such as standardized management of real estate projects, construction schedules, and engineering quality. General Manager Zhong Shan explained that Wanda Group, true to its longstanding brand philosophy, is committed to fulfilling its social mission—“Making cities more prosperous” and “Making life better.” Upon completion, the Nanhai Wanda Plaza project will comprehensively meet the consumption needs of the public, create numerous job opportunities, and generate substantial tax revenues, thereby becoming a landmark building in Foshan City. At the same time, the Nanhai Wanda Plaza will fully drive economic development and commercial upgrading not only in Foshan City but also throughout the South China region, further enhancing the city’s brand and image, and gradually establishing itself as a new commercial hub for the Guangzhou-Foshan metropolitan area.
The General Manager of Zhongshan also shared five key lessons for successful project execution: First, the project should be entirely focused on sales—creating products that you personally love, that are widely accepted, and that perfectly match market demands. Second, it’s crucial to keep the overall project costs under control, as cost is directly linked to profit. Third, based on your own specific circumstances, carefully plan your cash flow; maintaining a healthy financial pipeline is vital for any project. Fourth, ensure effective personnel management—encourage frequent communication and close collaboration among team members. Fifth, demonstrate strong execution capabilities: when you make a promise, deliver on it. Execution power determines whether a project succeeds or fails.
Through this visit and exchange, the members of the Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Company’s delegation gained valuable insights and developed a profound understanding of Wanda Group’s corporate vision—“Wanda: A Century-Old Enterprise.” They also came to realize more deeply that achieving high-quality projects requires a positive mindset, professional expertise, and diligent learning.
