On Saturday, June 21, the 2014 employee health checkup and blood donation event, organized by Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group), was held at the affiliated company.
At 8 a.m., once the medical examination staff were in place, our colleagues eagerly and orderly lined up for the checkup, participating in various procedures such as blood tests and chest X-rays. After completing the medical examination, the company cafeteria also served a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
That morning, after completing their medical checkups, the company encouraged employees to actively participate in voluntary blood donation. Many colleagues responded enthusiastically. The blood donation vehicle was parked right downstairs from the supporting company building. After finishing their medical exams and having breakfast, numerous colleagues made their way to the blood donation vehicle to donate blood. The atmosphere at the scene was lively and upbeat, and the blood-donation process was smooth and well-organized. Since donating blood is an act of selfless dedication to society, all the colleagues wore joyful smiles after giving blood.
Blood is the source of life, and love is the dawn of life. The annual health check-up and blood-donation event organized by Foshan Charoen Pokphand Machinery & Electronics (Group) is an occasion where employees, with their compassion and enthusiasm, compose a beautiful melody of dedication to and service for society.
