On June 12, the bidding briefing for supporting products for the Guangdong Lingyi Technology Industrial Park was solemnly held in the conference room on the 4th floor of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd. in Foshan City. Invited suppliers of various products attending the bidding briefing included: sanitary ware and faucet suppliers Kohler, Lefeng, Toto, American Standard, Arrow, Hans, and Grohe; integrated kitchen cabinet suppliers Aier, Oppein, and Zhongyi; air conditioning and electrical equipment suppliers Siemens, Gree, Hisense, and Midea; aluminum alloy suppliers Xingfa, Yin Yibai, Jianmei, Fenglu, and Yongli Jian; and furniture and soft furnishings suppliers such as Zhuangpin Zhaipai, Baiyijia, Richang, and Lishexiangsong. In total, representatives from more than 30 suppliers attended the event.

Invited suppliers of various products—including sanitary ware and faucet providers Kohler, Leka, TOTO, American Standard, Arrow, Hans, and Grohe; integrated kitchen cabinet suppliers Aiyi, Oppein, and Zhongyi; air-conditioning and electrical equipment suppliers Siemens, Gree, Hisense, and Midea; aluminum alloy suppliers Xingfa, Yinbaiyi, Jianmei, Fenglu, and Yonglijian; and furniture and soft furnishings suppliers such as Changpei, Baiyijia, Richang, and Lishexiangsong—attended the briefing. In total, about 50 representatives from more than 30 suppliers participated in the event.
The company leaders invited to attend this bidding briefing include Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.; Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.; Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager; and Zhang Li, Manager of the Engineering Department. The bidding briefing was chaired by Deputy General Manager Chen Jingfeng.
After the bidding briefing began, Manager Tang Yunliang from Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Company introduced the overall situation of the (Group) company and the progress of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park project. Deputy General Manager Chen Jingfeng and Manager Zhang Li provided detailed explanations on topics such as the outsourcing of interior decoration work for the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park, the positioning of complementary decoration products, and application requirements. During the subsequent interactive session, supplier representatives eagerly took the floor to ask questions. General Manager Lei Yuqiang and Deputy General Manager Chen Jingfeng provided thorough explanations to address the concerns raised by the participants. Supplier representatives attending the meeting stated that, following the briefing, they would align their companies’ high-quality products with the positioning of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park and the specific product lines of their own companies, thereby laying a solid foundation for the park to strive for excellence in engineering projects within Guangdong Province through product innovation.
Finally, Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd., delivered a concluding speech. Mr. Wang expressed his gratitude to all suppliers for their active cooperation during the early stages of the project, which ensured the smooth progress of construction. He emphasized that the subsequent renovation work will continue to rely on the enthusiastic support and active participation of all partners present at the meeting. The company solemnly pledges that its senior management and relevant departments will proactively and efficiently drive the bidding process for the renovation and supporting products, adhering to the cooperative principles of “integrity and mutual win-win” and forging strategic partnerships with all suppliers.
