From May 9 to 11, at the invitation of Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager of Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager, visited a series of projects under Langshi Group, including Nanjing Langshi Zhongshan Lujun, Zhejiang Changxing Langshi R&D Base, Langshi Group Headquarters, Langshi Technology Company, and Shanghai Langshi·Hongqiao Lujun, for inspection and study. From June 10 to 11, Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager of Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Company, and Dr. Chen Jun, Director of the Institute of Healthy and Eco-Friendly Technologies at Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Company, paid a return visit and conducted exchanges at the Guangdong Lingyi Technology Industrial Park.
From May 9 to 11, at the invitation of Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager of Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Co., Ltd., Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd., and Mr. Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager, visited and studied a series of projects under Langshi Group, including Nanjing Langshi Zhongshan Lujun, Zhejiang Changxing Langshi R&D Base, Langshi Group Headquarters, Langshi Technology Company, and Shanghai Langshi·Hongqiao Lujun.
On June 10-11, Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager of Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Co., Ltd., and Dr. Chen Jun, Director of the Institute of Health and Environmental Protection at Shanghai Langshi Building Technology Co., Ltd., along with their delegation, paid a return visit and conducted exchanges at Guangdong Zero One Technology Industrial Park. The delegation led by Mr. Chen Dongliang first visited the under-construction Zero One Technology Industrial Park project and Zone C of the European Industrial Park. After the tour, both sides held an exchange meeting in the conference room on the third floor of the (Group) company.
At the exchange meeting, Mr. Tang Yunliang, Manager of Lingyi Real Estate Company, first introduced the overall situation of the (Group) company and the ongoing construction status of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park. Subsequently, guests including Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Company; Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President; Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Lingyi Real Estate Company; Mr. Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager; and Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager, along with Dr. Chen Jun, engaged in a sincere and productive exchange on topics such as Langshi Technology’s product positioning and applications, as well as cooperation between the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park and Langshi Technology. Mr. Chen Dongliang, General Manager, stated that after gaining a systematic and comprehensive understanding of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park project, and based on the park’s actual conditions, they are considering integrating some of Langshi Technology’s core products into the park. This move will inject new technological solutions into the park, helping it achieve its goals of being green, technologically advanced, and energy-efficient. At the same time, it will also serve as a model project for Langshi Real Estate’s entry into the Guangdong property market. Both sides also held thorough discussions on specific arrangements for their next steps of cooperation and reached a preliminary agreement.
