The S7-200 series PLC is Siemens’ mainstream small-scale PLC product, widely recognized and highly regarded by customers in the Chinese market, consistently holding the largest market share. Currently, the S7-200 series PLC comprises three product lines: the imported S7-200, the S7-200CN, and the S7-200SMART. The S7-200 series PLC is Siemens’ mainstream small-scale PLC product for automation systems. It has gained wide recognition among customers in the Chinese market and consistently ranks first in market share. Currently, the S7-200 series PLC comprises three product lines: the imported S7-200, the S7-200CN, and the S7-200 SMART.
The S7-200 SMART was first released in July 2012. Our company has actively promoted it to customers, and we now have a stable base of customers with regular orders. It is widely used in industries such as packaging, textiles, machine tools, food processing, rubber and plastics, and education.
In November 2013, Siemens added the S7-200 SMART CPU to its product lineup in response to the demands of the Chinese OEM market, providing users with more choices and playing a crucial role in reducing equipment costs. As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented pace, more and more people are using tablets. Thanks to their portability and flexibility, an increasing number of customers—particularly technical engineers—are adopting them.
To enhance the user experience of our customers, on May 17, 2014, Foshan Zhengyi Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. held a Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC technology exchange meeting at the Jincheng Grand Hotel in Foshan.
This exchange event specially invited Mr. Li Xianning, Product Manager at Siemens, to share insights and engage in in-depth discussions with the attending customers. The event received strong support from Siemens, which provided four DEMO boxes and three samples for the occasion. During the event, Manager Li Xianning demonstrated live how tablets communicate with PLCs. In the Q&A session, the attending customers actively participated and showed great enthusiasm.
This meeting achieved excellent results, and Siemens S7-200 SMART PLC has gained increasing recognition from customers. Customers from various departments have requested sample units on-site, and everyone is full of confidence in future collaboration.
