Fearless of Rough Terrains, Conquer Yourself—Shenzhen Dongxi Yong Hiking and Team-Building Event by the Supporting Company

In April, Foshan Zhengda Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a hiking and team-building activity that achieved excellent results, sparking a wave of similar team-building events within the (group) company. To sustain this momentum and provide more colleagues with an opportunity to enhance communication and get some exercise, Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Supporting Co., Ltd. organized another hiking and team-building event on May 24—the Shenzhen Dongxi Yong Crossing.
In April, Foshan Zhengda Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. organized a hiking and team-building event that achieved excellent results, sparking a wave of similar team-building activities within the (Group) itself. To sustain this momentum and provide more colleagues with an opportunity to enhance communication and get some exercise, Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical Supporting Co., Ltd. organized another hiking and team-building event—crossing the Dongxi Yong Trail in Shenzhen—on May 24.
This event was voluntarily signed up for by our colleagues, and about 30 colleagues participated in the outdoor adventure activity. Surprisingly, among those who signed up, there were more female colleagues than male—truly proving that women are just as capable and determined as men. Around 10:30 a.m. that day, our group arrived at the starting point of the activity—Dongchong. After the team leader led everyone through some warm-up exercises, we set off toward our destination—Xichong. The entire route was approximately 9 kilometers long. This was truly a “mountain climb” in every sense of the word. Everyone wore gloves and climbed up and down rocky slopes, using ropes to help them navigate. Although the hills weren’t very high, they were steep and challenging. In particular, the most thrilling part—the downhill section—was accompanied by heavy rain. Before we even had time to put on our raincoats, we were already soaked to the bone. Along the way, there were several exciting—and sometimes slightly nerve-wracking—moments. Despite the exhaustion, fatigue, and difficult terrain, nothing could stop us from moving forward with courage and determination. The scorching sun, torrential rain, and strong winds couldn’t dampen our ambition to push ourselves to the limit. In the end, everyone successfully overcame all the challenges and reached the destination without any trouble. Although the journey was tough, when we finally arrived at the finish line and saw the golden sandy beach on one side and the azure sea on the other, all our fatigue instantly vanished. Everyone beamed with the joy of accomplishment.
On the way back, everyone was sharing their takeaways and impressions from this event. Through this activity, colleagues strengthened their communication and collaboration with one another and had a great opportunity to both physically and mentally refresh themselves. Everyone is looking forward to the next event.
