Dragon Boat Festival Spirit, One Big Family—A Report on the Family Day Event for Employees of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.

On May 31, 2014, on the eve of the traditional Chinese festival Dragon Boat Festival, the “Dragon Boat Festival Affection, One Family” family day event—organized by Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.—attracted about 30 participants, including company employees and their family members.
On May 31, 2014, on the eve of the traditional Chinese festival—the Dragon Boat Festival—Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. organized an event titled “Dragon Boat Festival Affection, One Big Family”—a family day for the company’s employees and their families, which attracted about 30 participants, including company employees and their family members.
That morning, everyone visited the Shunde Museum, located in the new district of Shunde in Foshan City. The museum’s main building serves as the visitor area and houses two permanent exhibition halls: the “People and Events of Shunde” hall and the Historical Exhibition Hall of Shunde Ancestral Halls. In addition, there are six special exhibition halls: the “Affection for Hometown Overseas” hall, the “Ming and Qing Dynasty Furniture” hall, the “Collection of Cultural Relics” hall, the “Bruce Lee” hall, the “Collection of Calligraphy and Painting” hall, and the “Cantonese Opera and Traditional Performing Arts” hall.
After the tour, in the exhibition hall’s lounge area, several colleagues from the property company’s engineering department joined the company’s leaders to share and exchange their impressions on the museum’s architectural style, as well as its features in terms of informatization, networking, intelligence, modernization, and safety and environmental protection.
At noon, upon the recommendation of company leaders, employees and their family members enjoyed a meal of Shunde cuisine—rich in local flavors— in the nearby Lunjiao Town.
This Family Day event provided company employees with ample relaxation time amid their busy work schedules. By involving employees’ family members in the company’s activities, we’ve truly put into practice the “family culture” that our company is promoting. At the same time, it has also fostered better communication between employees and their families.
