Sportsmanship, Teamwork, and Forward Momentum—Congratulations on the Successful Conclusion of the 2nd Badminton Tournament of Dongguan Xinshang System!

Last year’s badminton tournament, organized through the Xinshang system, successfully ignited everyone’s enthusiasm for sports, improved their physical fitness, and enhanced their overall mental outlook. At the same time, it boosted work efficiency and fostered better communication and interaction among colleagues. As a result, this year’s tournament hardly requires much promotion—colleagues have been spontaneously and enthusiastically signing up, actively seeking out strong partners, and making time after work to practice and fine-tune their teamwork. Everything is now in full swing as we prepare intensively for the event.
Last year’s badminton tournament, organized through the Xinshang system, successfully ignited everyone’s enthusiasm for sports, improved their physical fitness, and enhanced their overall mental outlook. At the same time, it boosted work efficiency and fostered better communication and interaction among colleagues. As a result, this year’s tournament hardly requires much promotion—colleagues have been spontaneously and enthusiastically signing up, seeking out capable partners, and making time after work to practice and build synergy. Everything is now in full swing as we prepare intensively for the event.
On May 10, 2014, the second badminton tournament organized by the Xinshang System kicked off at the Nancheng Elite Badminton Hall. At exactly 9:00 a.m., all the athletes entered the court, greeted by a mix of applause and cheers. After General Manager Du Haiyu of the Xinshang System delivered a speech to all the athletes and the Human Resources Department explained the rules of this competition, the tournament officially began.
From the very start of the competition, the rivalry was exceptionally fierce. In the air, the shuttlecocks sometimes resembled tiny birds, gracefully gliding by; at other times, they shot through the sky like lightning bolts, engaging in relentless back-and-forth battles. From the sweat-drenched faces of the players, we could deeply sense their unwavering spirit—never giving up and daring to fight with all their might. Especially when facing opponents of equal skill or when top-tier players went head-to-head, in those narrow, critical moments, they had to dare to draw their swords and go all out. In team competitions, the players’ spirit of mutual cooperation shone brightly, and their seamless coordination, coupled with the cheers and encouragement from the cheering squad, pushed the atmosphere of the competition to one climax after another.
After the finals, awards were presented on-site. Du Haiyu, General Manager of Xinshang System, Zhu Haolin, General Manager of Lingyi CNC, and Yu Yang, General Manager of Shangling, each presented prizes to the winning contestants. The winners were all full of energy and beaming with joy, eagerly posing for photos to commemorate this special moment. In particular, Shangling Company swept most of the victories in this competition, surpassing last year’s champion, Lingyi CNC, to become this year’s biggest winner. Even those colleagues who didn’t win major prizes received participation awards specially designated for this event. Everyone went home feeling delighted and satisfied—truly a case of everyone leaving happy.
After the match, everyone gathered at the nearby Shandong Hometown Restaurant for a dinner party. We talked about work, shared stories about our lives, and enjoyed a joyful, harmonious atmosphere. Everyone also offered more insights and suggestions to the company—for example, they expressed hope that the company could organize more diverse group activities to encourage even more colleagues to participate. In the end, we raised our glasses to wish all the employees of Xinshang good health and to wish each of our companies continued success and prosperity.
