On April 25, a delegation of more than ten company leaders—including Wang Zhenghu, President of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.; Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.; and Zhao Haijun, Director of the Human Resources Department of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.—visited and exchanged views in Nanhai District. The delegation first visited the Jiabang Guojin Center located in Huannan Singapore City in Pingzhou Subdistrict, and then proceeded to KPMG Accounting Firm’s AIA (Foshan) Allied Financial Center in the Guangdong Financial High-tech Service Zone. At 9:00 a.m., the delegation arrived at the Jiabang Guojin Center in Huannan Singapore City, Pingzhou, Nanhai, where they engaged in discussions with the center’s relevant officials and gained an in-depth understanding.

The delegation first toured the Jiabang Guojin Center located in Huannan Singapore City in Pingzhou Subdistrict, and then visited KPMG Accounting Firm at the AIA (Foshan) Allied Financial Center in the Guangdong Financial High-tech Service Zone.
At 9 a.m., the company’s leadership team first visited the Jiabang Guojin Center, located in Huannan Singapore City in Pingzhou, Nanhai. There, they exchanged views with the center’s relevant officials and gained an in-depth understanding of Jiabang Guojin Center’s introduction of Singapore’s eco-friendly, health-oriented, leisure-focused, and lifestyle-integrated office concepts, as well as its pioneering IPARK OFFICE office model. The Jiabang Guojin Center is a top-tier office building jointly developed by Singapore’s Frasers Property Group and Singapore-listed Capital, embodying Singapore’s distinctive “genetic” characteristics. In addition, the center has established a unique SG Business Promotion Association, specifically designed to serve as a bridge connecting resident companies to international markets across the Asia-Pacific region, providing businesses with a platform for China-Singapore economic and trade cooperation, business visits, study-abroad and immigration services, and cultural exchanges.
At noon, a delegation of company leaders visited the newly completed AIA (Foshan) AIA Financial Center, located in the Guangdong Financial High-tech Service Zone. As Foshan’s first high-rise office building to receive an international LEED pre-certification for green and environmentally friendly design, the AIA Financial Center has adhered to eco-friendly and energy-efficient principles throughout its architectural planning and material selection. By fully leveraging modern technology, it has created a truly ecological office environment, providing employees of resident companies with a more user-friendly, green business space.
In today’s context of urban upgrading and industrial transformation, concepts such as “ecology, health, environmental protection, leisure, and lifestyle integration” have become closely linked with office spaces and smart technologies. Buildings like Jiabang Guojin Center and AIA (Foshan) AIA Financial Center fully embody these principles.
