That afternoon, invited guests—including Huang Lianxi, Chairman of Guangdong Liansu Technology Group; Liang Tongcan, Chairman of Guangdong Hongyu Ceramics Co., Ltd.; Xiang Dejun, Chairman of Foshan Huiyin Real Estate Development Co., Ltd.; Lin Song, President of the Foshan Branch of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China; Wu Liejin, Chairman of Guangdong Zhongying Shengda Financing Guarantee & Investment Co., Ltd.; and Song Shaoling, General Manager of the South China Service Center of Atlas Copco—along with Chen Siyuan, Manager of the Business Department, visited the under-construction Zero One Science and Technology Industrial Park, located in the prime area at the intersection of Langbao West Road and Xingye Road in Zhangcha. The “living-and-working circle” concept developed by Zero One Science and Technology Industrial Park—a comprehensive supporting facility integrating conference rooms, fitness centers, reading areas, and leisure spaces—received unanimous recognition and praise from the guests. Moreover, the park’s upcoming urban-style industrial park design, which will combine smart offices, talent apartments, supporting services, and dining and leisure amenities, was highly acclaimed. With its goal of being “internationally first-class and domestically leading,” Zero One Science and Technology Industrial Park has set a new benchmark for 2.5-type industrial parks nationwide.
At the thank-you banquet, General Manager Lei Yuqiang of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Manager Nie Chaohui of CITIC Real Estate Investment Co., Ltd. successively provided detailed explanations and insights into the construction concepts, functions, and cultural significance of the Lingyi Technology Industrial Park and CITIC Peninsula Cloud Residence.
