On March 6, 2014, a delegation led by Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd. and Assistant to the President of Foshan Zhengda Mechanical & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.; Chen Jingfeng, Deputy General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.; and Tang Yunliang, Manager, visited the Sheraton Hotel at Shizihu in Qingyuan, Times Property, Dayi Mountain Villa in Guangzhou, and Evergrande Center for inspection and study. Qingyuan, located at the crossroads of three provinces—bordering Guangzhou to the south, Hunan to the north, Shaoguan to the east, and Guangxi to the west—is known as the “crossroads of three provinces.” Through their visits to the Sheraton Resort at Shizihu in Qingyuan and Times Property, the delegation learned that the Qingyuan municipal government has proposed fully leveraging its advantages in tourism and environmental resources, with a focus on developing eco-tourism and leisure vacation destinations.

Qingyuan, bordered by Guangzhou to the south, Hunan to the north, Shaoguan to the east, and Guangxi to the west, is a strategic hub connecting three provinces. During their visits to the Sheraton Qingyuan Shizihu Resort Hotel and Times Property, participants learned that the Qingyuan municipal government has proposed fully leveraging the city’s advantages in tourism and environmental resources, with a focus on developing specialized industries such as eco-tourism, leisure vacations, and retirement real estate, striving to transform Qingyuan into a beautiful “backyard garden of the Pearl River Delta.”
On the afternoon of March 6, at Dayi Mountain Villa in Guangzhou, Ms. Jia Hongmei, our company’s key account manager, led everyone on a tour of the Zidie Xuan villa. She highlighted the design team behind the Dayi Mountain Villa complex, which brings together renowned leading designers such as Liang Zhitian and Ma Yansong. The total design fee for the project exceeded 200 million RMB. The villa complex at Dayi Mountain Villa ingeniously integrates boundless mountain views, perfectly embodying the concept of “houses flowing amidst forest shadows, people strolling through a painting.” As a result, it has become an artistic masterpiece that, though created by human hands, seems naturally crafted by heaven itself—a marvel of exquisite artistry that achieves the realm of a “fairyland on earth,” truly representing the pinnacle of Chinese villa architecture.
During a visit to the Guangzhou Evergrande Center, I learned that in 2010, Evergrande Group invested 1.9 billion yuan to acquire a project owned by Kaisa Group, located in the core CBD area of Zhujiang New Town in Guangzhou. Leveraging its 16-year experience in developing diverse industries—including commercial and hospitality sectors—Evergrande repositioned, redesigned, and renovated the project. Coupled with top-tier international business center hardware and software configurations, the project has been transformed into an internationally recognized, super-A-grade landmark office building.
The construction of the Zero One Technology Industrial Park project is in full swing.
