On the afternoon of January 25, 2014, the 2013 year-end summary meeting and awards ceremony of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. were solemnly held at the Heng'an Swiss Hotel in Foshan City. About 400 people attended the event, including Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of the Board of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President; and leaders and employees from various subsidiaries under the company. The meeting kicked off with the solemn playing of the national anthem and an inspiring morning motivational speech by the company. Mr. Zhao Haijun, Director of Human Resources at Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd., delivered a speech at the meeting. Following that, Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industrial Co., Ltd., Mr. Shi Hao, General Manager of Foshan Bearing Co., Ltd., and the Assistant to the President of Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. and also the Assistant to the President of Zero One Property Co., Ltd. took the stage.

Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. Chairman Mai Dazhang, President Wang Zhenghu, and... Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. About 400 leaders and employees from various subordinate units attended the conference. The conference kicked off with the solemn national anthem and an inspiring morning motivational speech from the company. Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhao Haijun, Director of Human Resources, delivered a speech at the conference. Following that, Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Zero One Industrial Company, and Mr. Shi Hao, General Manager of Foshan Bearing Company, ... Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. The President’s Assistant and General Manager Lei Yuqiang of Zero One Real Estate Company delivered summaries for 2013 and outlooks for 2014 to the conference, respectively. This conference continues the classic communication format of “group dialogues,” in which employee representatives from various systems take to the stage for collective discussions. The dialogues are conducted in three separate sessions: the Supporting Systems and Mechanical Transmission Systems, chaired by Lin Yongyuan, Deputy General Manager of the Supporting Company; the Bearing Systems, chaired by Shi Hao, General Manager of Foshan Bearing Company; and the Xinshang Systems and Automation Systems, chaired by Du Haiyu, General Manager of Dongguan Xinshang Company. Each dialogue group has its own distinctive content, and members from each group enthusiastically shared their work insights, successful experiences, and future work plans with everyone. Subsequently, Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd. President Wang Zhenghu delivered a speech at the conference. Following that, to recognize individuals and teams that had overfulfilled their tasks in 2013, the conference held a grand awards ceremony, a stock dividend distribution ceremony, and a star-rating ceremony for general managers. After reviewing the achievements of 2013, the conference proceeded to assign tasks for the new year—signing economic responsibility agreements. Finally, by... Zhengda Machinery & Electrical Co., Ltd.
