On January 6, 2014, a delegation of more than ten company leaders—including Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electric (Group) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President; Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.—after visiting and exchanging ideas with the Meijia Group in the U.S., accepted an invitation from Secretary Xian Yangfu of the Beijiao Town Party Committee in Shunde District to visit and inspect Beijiao Town. Located in the northeastern part of Shunde District, Foshan City, Beijiao Town enjoys a superior geographic location and convenient land and water transportation. As a nationally renowned economically strong town, its pillar industries primarily include home appliances, metal materials, and mechanical equipment manufacturing. Beijiao is one of the world-class production bases for home appliances and has been recognized as such.

| On January 6, 2014, a delegation of more than ten company leaders—including Mr. Mai Dazhang, Chairman of Foshan Zhengda Machinery & Electrical (Group) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Wang Zhenghu, President; Mr. Lin Yi, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Industrial Technology Co., Ltd.; and Mr. Lei Yuqiang, General Manager of Guangdong Lingyi Real Estate Co., Ltd.—after visiting and exchanging ideas with the Me Group in the U.S., accepted an invitation from Secretary Xian Yangfu of the Party Committee of Beijiao Town, Shunde District, and traveled to Beijiao Town for a visit and inspection. Beijiao Town is located in the northeastern part of Shunde District, Foshan City. It enjoys a superior geographic location and convenient land and water transportation. As a nationally renowned economically strong town, its pillar industries mainly include home appliances, metal materials, and mechanical equipment manufacturing. Beijiao is one of the world-class bases for home appliance production and has been recognized as a “Key Town for China’s Home Appliance Manufacturing.” The town is home to two ultra-large enterprises with annual output value exceeding 100 billion yuan—Midea Group and Country Garden—as well as a large number of well-known domestic and foreign companies, including Jingyi, Whirlpool, Xiehua, and POSCO. At 3 p.m. on January 6, Secretary Xian Yangfu of the Beijiao Town Party Committee warmly received a delegation from our company, including Chairman Mai Dazhang and President Wang Zhenghu, and led the company’s leaders on a tour of Beijiao Town’s cultural center, library, cultural plaza, and Guangdong Industrial Design City—various infrastructure and landmark buildings. Afterwards, in the town government’s conference room, Secretary Xian Yangfu provided our company’s representatives with a detailed introduction to Beijiao Town’s economic overview, urban-rural development status, and town planning initiatives. In turn, Chairman Mai Dazhang, President Wang Zhenghu, and General Manager Lei Yuqiang gave Secretary Xian Yangfu and other local officials a thorough briefing on our company’s business operations as well as the strategic plans for Zero One Industrial Park and our industrial real estate projects. Secretary Xian Yangfu enthusiastically invited our company’s industrial real estate projects to invest in Beijiao and establish themselves in this “charming small town.” Our company’s leaders expressed their gratitude for Secretary Xian Yangfu’s invitation. Both sides also engaged in further discussions about potential cooperation and agreed to conduct more in-depth assessments and exchanges on this cooperation intention at a later stage. At 6 p.m., our company’s leadership team successfully concluded their visit and inspection tour of Beijiao Town in Shunde District. |
